The organizational chart for Arad Branding is structured as follows.
- Senior Managers
- Members of the Policy Council
- Business Enterprises
- Merchants and Employees
A few days ago, we discussed the collective complaints from business enterprises that are actively trying to bring new people into trade.
These enterprises believe that other businesses, which do not put in any effort to attract newcomers, browse the Arad website and divert the potential entrants to themselves, essentially taking advantage of the efforts of those who are working hard.
The changes are solely related to the website's layout.
1. Removing Contact Information and Communication Methods from Comments
Some enterprises don't make any effort to bring in new members but actively participate in comments to recruit new people through that method.
By removing contact details from the comments, those who leave comments genuinely will continue to do so, while those trying to manipulate the system will no longer have a reason to participate, which we do not need.
2. Removal of All Meetings of Business Enterprises
If you check the "Meetings" option in the site menu, you will see that only senior managers’ meetings are scheduled on specific days, along with live broadcasts.
3. Removal of Enterprise Channel Links
If you visit the "Business Enterprises" page in the site menu, you will see that the links to the enterprises' channels have been removed.
The arrangement of enterprises is now based on their monthly budget, in accordance with Law 1106, which ties funding to efforts in attracting new people to the trade.
Many enterprises have a score of 0, indicating no effort to promote trade, which we hope will change with this adjustment as they strive to invite new participants by encouraging them to join their channels.
To add new members, contact the ID below.
4. Removal of Direct Contact with Policy Council Members
Some members of the Policy Council are also managers of enterprises and have been found to use the Council’s resources for their own enterprise's benefit instead of working in the interest of all Arad members.
As a result, direct contact information for Policy Council members has been removed from the "Contact Us" page.
5. Removal of the "Trade and Integrity School"
Some business managers became prominent in the films of the School of Trade and Integrity, leading some traders to leave their own businesses to join them simply because their footage appeared in the school.
As a result, the "Trade and Integrity School" section has been removed.
Senior managers have committed to teaching the necessary lessons from the former school during their meetings, and these lessons will be featured in the "Business School."
6. Removal of Birthdays and Life Event Announcements
One of the hardest decisions for us has been the removal of birthday and life event announcements.
Enterprise managers would use these occasions to connect with people and eventually invite them to their enterprises.
We now hope that enterprise managers will store their members’ birth dates and inform their members themselves within their own groups.
They should also share good or bad life events within their groups and show support to their members.
7. Removal of Business Enterprise Trainings
Enterprises would create training materials and post them on the site, and others would use this content to attract members, pulling them away from the first enterprise.
Enterprises can continue to produce training materials, but they will no longer be posted on the site.
8. Removal of In-Person Event Notifications
Enterprise managers can notify their own members about in-person events, but Arad will no longer post these notifications on the site.
However, if we announce it on the website, it could result in someone from Business A attending a gathering of Business B, where they might be influenced and change their business allegiance.
9. Removal of Enterprise Contact and Channel Information
No business enterprise contact routes will be advertised in any site news, and any business that truly wants to grow must promote itself through various means.
The best method is phone communication with its members.
Business owners can build new memberships by engaging with people and sharing their channel addresses for joining.
Not that the efforts of enterprise A should be recorded as the name of enterprise B's by putting their communication channel.
Conclusion
Our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of enterprise managers, especially those who are actively working to bring more people into trade.
We do not want enterprises that put no effort into recruiting to unfairly benefit from the hard work of our dedicated enterprises.
Other changes have also been made to the website, all with the aim of improving guidance for traders and increasing their productivity.
Trade enterprises must learn to interact better with their members to help traders grow.
However, as long as enterprises are worried about the security of their members, they cannot fully commit to developing new traders.
Managers think, "If I attract this member, they’ll be taken away in a meeting or through an online interaction."
If we think of enterprises as trader-making factories, there’s no need for the products of Factory A to be connected with Factory B.
Each factory produces its own products.
After some years, it will become clear which enterprises have successfully developed more traders.
The boastful and fake claims of those pretending to care about the public will be exposed.
Now, each enterprise will be judged by its own efforts.
We are confident that enterprises that have worked to attract new members will be pleased with this plan, while those who have been dishonest and opportunistic will be upset.
Therefore, be careful when commenting, as those who fall into the second category may reveal their true nature by expressing dissatisfaction.
We aim to protect your privacy, so please do not expose yourselves in front of the Arad members.
Even if you express false satisfaction, we will accept it.
The monthly budget data shows who truly cares about helping the Iranian people become traders and who is merely looking to profit from others’ efforts.
Naturally, this clarification and separation are akin to making the water clear, which will anger those entities that seek to exploit the situation.
Therefore, the essence of communication remains in place.
Communication is with those who are members of my enterprise.
If you do not have any members in your enterprise, please make the effort to talk to people and involve them in business so that your connections can grow as well.
