9. Aradi Traders’ Test

All traders, including business enterprise owners and their members, as well as those who are not part of any enterprise, must participate in the daily test.

This is mandatory for anyone expecting income from Arad.

It has been clearly stated to all traders on day one that they need to work.

Certainly, working aligns with what Arad requires, and if someone says, "I work according to what I see fit," they must also accept responsibility for their own results.

However, if someone states, "I want to work according to Arad's guidelines," they should know that Arad's first requirement from traders is participation in the daily traders’ test.

Each day, the source of the test questions is introduced there, and the test timing, which is conducted online, is specified from 19:00 to 24:00.

The maximum duration of the test is 10 minutes, focusing on current news topics.

11. Obedience as the Key to Success

In any field, if you look at the top levels of that field.

You’ll see that all of them have trained under the guidance of a coach or mentor.

Now, go and ask their coaches what kind of student this person was.

If they mention five qualities, two of them will undoubtedly be:

  1. Obedient
  2. Polite

No high-level coach has the patience for a disobedient, rebellious, and disrespectful student.

No matter how much they pay, the coach is not willing to help them advance.

If the coach doesn’t want to elevate the student, the student simply won’t rise.

If you see that in any field—be it sports, academics, politics, culture, or any other—this statement has exceptions, then consider business an exception as well.

If you’re truly committed to growth in trade, don’t let your mind get bogged down in every plan and program by wondering:

Is Arad suggesting this plan for its benefit or mine?

Will this really benefit me or not?

Such doubts prevent you from listening and block your progress.

Consider this reasoning carefully.

Are those Aradi members who have been around longer more respectful and humble towards senior managers, or are newcomers more so?

Are the long-term members more obedient towards senior managers, or are the new ones?

If the answer is that newcomers are more polite and obedient while the long-term members are less so, then perhaps over time, Aradi members realize that such levels of respect and obedience were a mistake.

But if you see that each passing year an Aradi member becomes even more respectful and obedient, then logic dictates that they have benefited from their respect and obedience, which is why they have become this way.

Certainly, Arad has been a source of good in their lives, which is why they express such appreciation.

Otherwise, what reason would they have to stay with Arad for years and become more devoted each year?

They have clearly seen blessings in their lives.

As Mr. Vahid consistently emphasizes to business enterprises, if you wish for the members of your enterprise to grow fond of you, your influence must be present in their lives.

Dear Aradi members, especially newcomers

By following the instructions you see in the Business School, allow Arad to become prominent in your lives. Experience the blessings of its presence so that you, too, grow more passionate.

By disobeying, ignoring Arad, or disengaging from the site, you are only depriving yourself of this abundant benefit, and we feel disappointed as well. How unfortunate it is to see a talent go to waste—a person who could have become a successful businessperson and lifted their lineage out of poverty, with their children continually praying for them because of the legacy of their business.

Because of sanctions on Iranian aluminum, any direct aluminum imports from Iran to Brazil would likely be handled through smaller or independent trading companies rather than large, well-known aluminum firms. Iranian aluminum exports to Brazil, if they occur, would tend to be indirect or involve intermediaries, given the complexity of direct trade with Iran in aluminum.
