It's rare to find someone who has attended the gatherings of Arad, not realizing that the pinnacle of success in this cosmology is trade.
However, recalling the wisdom, "Remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers," so we emphasize repeatedly so that this word can be heard in different ways and in different ways that the economic salvation lies in trade and nothing else.
Speaking extensively may have a limited impact, freeing some from the modern servitude depicted as labor and employment in human societies, aligning them with the freedom of trade.
Here, we must highlight the exception: Arad employees actively strive to promote and support people in becoming traders.
These employees hold a status higher than mere traders because, as we know, nothing is better than goodness, but doing good derived from goodness is even better.
The one who guides people toward goodness, distances them from evil, and supports them in becoming better is, indeed, the cause and reason for that goodness.
It is the divine decree that states:
"Let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong and those will be the successful." (Surah Al Imran, 3:104)
Do you consider a righteous job superior to trade, a goodness more important than earning a lawful living, and avoidance of wrongdoing more commendable than battling poverty and destitution in this contemporary era?
Therefore, fortunate are those employees who serve as the catalyst for people to become traders or support and encourage them to withstand the challenges of trade.
Praises to the traders who engage in commercial activities, contributing to the prosperity of production and job creation.
It is here that people proclaim, "May God forgive the cause and initiator of it all."
The initiator is the one who starts, and the cause is the one who carries out that deed.
May God have mercy on your parents, who stand for goodness and charity.
Trade and Security
When the topic of security arises, it inevitably brings to mind those who have stood against insecurity.
At the forefront are the martyrs who, in the face of impending threats, stood their ground and sacrificed their lives and belongings.
In today's era, the defenders of security, witnessing turmoil engulfing the country, have willingly subjected themselves to trials, seeking God's elevation for their position.
However, for better prevention than cure, let's ask ourselves: What is the root cause of our country's insecurity?
If our people were not financially strained and enduring hardship, could external enemies genuinely incite them to create insecurity?
Do you know the percentage of security disruptors who are real dissidents and opponents under any circumstances, with no intention of peace and reconciliation?
God knows that they are few, not even reaching one percent.
These groups suffer from poverty, and addressing their poverty or preventing it reveals that they are entirely devoted lovers and supporters of the current system and leadership.
As the Messenger of God said, "Poverty leads to disbelief."
When poverty can erode a person's belief in their Creator, can it not also weaken their commitment to the government and the system?
A hungry person may not recognize God, let alone show gratitude towards the Prophet, Imam, or Supreme Leader.
Can a father, facing disgrace daily due to poverty, truly have heartfelt gratitude, even towards his Creator?
Therefore, let's understand that the primary cause of insecurity is poverty and nothing else.
When we address poverty, we witness the establishment of security.
If only once, the true concerns of our leaders would focus on the root of this hadith, which says, "Sustenance is tenfold, and nine part of that is in trade," and sought verification.
Is this hadith, as mentioned by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in his book "Mafatih al-Hayat," really accurate or not?
Not only this narration but dozens of others, reaching us from our infallible Imams, guiding us towards trade.
Let them go and investigate to confirm if these narrations and traditions are true or if they are deceitful tales, presented to us in the name of religion.
When they diligently seek answers to these questions, they will verify that all these narrations and traditions are correct.
In this exploration, they will discover more narrations and traditions which remains far from the reach of the general public and again emphasizes business.
When they are convinced that wealth and sustenance from God are in trade, they will engage in comprehensive efforts to promote trade among the people, then, when we ask our children what profession they want, most of them will say trade.
Remember these words from Arad.
If Arad succeeds in implementing this crucial matter in the country, undoubtedly, the conquest of the peaks of global trade is attainable, if unsuccessful, this slogan, like others, will remain just a slogan.
And since God has fulfilled all the promises about our victory, surely, this promise will also come true, God willing.

Trade and Personal/Family Security
Every individual is inevitably bound to have a job.
And anyone who chooses a profession has job security as one of their concerns.
It is well-known among the people that the highest job security is enjoyed by government employees with permanent contracts.
As they are certainly not terminated, and the structure remains stable, ensuring the person knows they will have this income for the rest of their life.
This person should ask themselves: I have this job security, but how much are they paying me?
Is it enough for me to hold my head high and proudly say, "I am the provider of blessings for this family"?
Or is it meager, not even reaching the end of the month, unable to fulfill any of the welfare needs of my family?
Certainly, having this job means not getting fired, but it doesn't necessarily mean security.
It's like hiring a laborer or taking a prisoner, providing them with just enough food and minimal protection from cold and heat, and then claiming to promise a lifelong labor or prisoner contract.
Does this hired laborer or prisoner truly find security in such a lifelong contract?
We aimed to delve into the root of the occupation considered to have the highest job security in people's minds, so as not to prolong the discussion about other professions.
Now tell me, what is your opinion about trade?
Can anyone expel or suspend a merchant from their trade?
Can anyone say that the day will come when the world will not need trade?
Thank God that artificial intelligence has come and shown that many jobs will soon be obsolete.
However, can artificial intelligence and thousands of technologies above it disrupt the trade profession?
Not only can't it disrupt, but all these advancements assist merchants in highlighting their importance and greatness even more.

Trade and Security Among Nations
Is it not the case that a merchant, aiming to gain money from a stranger, should also focus on developing their character to become a trustworthy individual?
Does this personal growth not make them trustworthy not only in their trade but also within their own family?
If they can persuade a stranger to trust them with something as valuable as their life, does it not establish trust and reliability among friends and close associates?
For those with weaker family ties, we inquire: If there were a merchant of integrity in your family, naturally inclined towards benevolence, would you not feel a sense of security in their presence?
Here, we are reminded of the wise words about trade, stating that anyone engaged in righteous trade becomes trustworthy.
This not only brings security for themselves and their family but also for their extended family and descendants.
So, diverse groups of people
endure the challenges of trade, for its value is substantial.
It's true that past misguided structures may have taken your energy and vitality, making you skeptical about any goodness or progress, but one must acknowledge that those paths were not ordered by your prophets.
In the words of the poet:
"Unify a hundred hearts into one heart,
Take the burdens of others upon your own heart.
Come once to our door with sincerity,
If your desire is not fulfilled, complain to us."
Allocate one year of your life to trade and distance yourself from other matters.
If your life doesn't prosper, then lament.
We haven't said these words so that you do business with Arad.
Trade with anyone you wish.
Its prosperity will reach us.
May this article remain as a keepsake in the hearts and minds of the wise.
