Arad will conduct a daily online test for business enterprise managers.
The test takes place from 13:40 to 14:00, lasting 20 minutes, with only 10 minutes allotted for answering the questions.
It includes 10 multiple-choice questions.
The source for the next day’s test is shared daily on the following Telegram channel.
I am honored to have been granted the source for the first test questions, thanks to our dear senior managers.

10. An Exercise to Boost Negotiation Skills
A practical approach to strengthening negotiation skills is practicing negotiation with others.
But the question arises: What topics should we negotiate with those around us?
Simply watch one of the Business School lessons or podcasts carefully, note down the key points, and take comprehensive notes.
Once you understand the main ideas, find topics in the lessons that go against popular beliefs and challenge them.
Senior managers teach principles in each lesson that contradict popular beliefs, which is the primary reason for most people’s financial struggles.
Now, make an effort to engage on your own, without showing them the senior manager's video.
If you can get them to acknowledge, "You’re right; my belief was mistaken," it means your negotiation skills have significantly improved. As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, "Changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains."
Even after they agree with you and admit that their belief was mistaken, you may still notice they act according to their previous beliefs, indicating that their mindset hasn’t truly changed. However, the fact that they outwardly say, “You’re right” is a sign of your negotiation strength.
Be careful not to criticize them in a way that makes them feel offended or resistant, as this doesn’t mean you’ve won the negotiation.
Often, people think they’ve won a negotiation when they silence or overwhelm the other person, sometimes even causing frustration or anger.
True success in negotiation is achieved when the other person calmly admits, “You’re right, and I was mistaken.”
11. Response to Business Enterprise Managers' Questions
Ms. Fahimeh Valeh, one of our esteemed Aradi members, wrote a comment that reads:
Greetings 💜💜💜
The call program is excellent, giving clarity to some extent.
But the question is, when we make a promise, the other party expects to see results from the first month. How should we handle this?
Response 🔻
No one in freelance businesses expects to earn income from the first months.
It is only in wage labor and salaried jobs that there is an expectation of income from the first month.
Consider a hairstylist.
The hairstylist says, "I need to work for the first six months to establish myself in this area and may have to cover my expenses by myself."
The concept of "covering expenses from savings for six months to a year to establish oneself" is widely accepted in many professions.
When you make it clear in the first call that this isn’t day labor, salaried work, or a bank investment—but rather market and trade—the person will understand that the market and trade require effort and persistence.
