9. Inappropriate Behavior and Misconceptions Among Some Traders
One of the traders' responsibilities is to submit their free-time schedule each night to their business enterprise manager, allowing the manager to plan accordingly for the following day.
If a trader fails to submit this schedule, managers are expected to follow up to confirm availability.
However, several reports from managers indicate that some traders have developed the mistaken belief that Arad and the business enterprise are at their service, acting as if managers are subordinates needing their approval. Instead of showing humility, these traders have adopted an inappropriate tone, assuming that the small amount they have paid entitles them to a superior attitude.
To protect the respect of business enterprise managers, the following rule has been enacted.
If a trader submits their next day’s free-time schedule, the manager must create a plan.
If, for any reason, the trader does not send his schedule, the business enterprise does not need to send any messages. If the trader doesn't get a result tomorrow, it is his own fault, and we are not here to beg anyone to, for God's sake, become a trader.
When someone does not prioritize trading, it suggests that other aspects of their life are more important, to the extent that they disregard both Arad and their trade aspirations.
It would be a mistake for Arad and the enterprise managers to focus on individuals who do not prioritize trading.
Dear enterprise managers, invest your energy in developing those who actively seek growth with you.
Just as God says in His book to the Prophet:
"But as to him who came to thee striving earnestly, And with fear [in his heart].” (Surah Abasa, Ayahs 8-9)
In common terms, it means he should come to you with his head down.
Not that you go to him while he keeps his head up and acts arrogantly.
Note: If there are traders among them who truly exhibit good manners and respect, and you wish to follow up with them, that is at your discretion. However, do not file any reports of misconduct stating that you followed up and heard comments.
Arad’s recommendation is to show kindness and compassion only to those traders who are actively following up with you, and to leave the rest to remain in their former lives, hoping that poverty will humble them enough that they might return after some time.
10. Four Stages or Four Contact Calls for Inviting People into Trade
Business enterprises that want to invite people into trade, if they are utilizing the leads and signals from Arad Branding that come from extensive advertising in the digital space, must be aware of what slogan or invitation text they used to fill out the form.
Considering that the people of Iran tend to have an employee mindset and understand monthly income, Arad promotes this slogan in the digital space to align himself with the people and communicate something their minds can comprehend.

Now it is up to you to connect with them and invite them into trade.
If during the contact you establish with them they say it’s a mistake or that they did not fill it out, you can politely end the conversation with a goodbye.
However, for those who want to hear our claims and promises, we must understand that the conversation consists of four essential stages.
You can conduct these four stages over four contact calls spaced, for example, two to three days apart, or increase the number of calls.
Each of these four calls addresses different topics.
The first call pertains to the topic of money.
In this call, clarify how many hours they are willing to invest.
Based on that, you can understand what income they expect.
God's sustenance in trade exceeds that of other professions by more than tenfold.
In ordinary jobs, people earn around 5 million tomans per month for one hour of work, so stating an income of 16 million tomans for one hour is by no means unreasonable.
If we say that for one hour, their income could exceed 50 million tomans, it won't make sense to them, and they will call you a liar.
If they say they have three hours to spare, then it becomes 48 million tomans monthly, which at a maximum working time of 12 hours equals 192 million tomans.
In the first call, we only talk about hours and money.
At the end, we clarify that this is not an investment.
It is not cryptocurrency.
It is not a bank.
We are not a sales course.
We are not a pyramid scheme.
And we deny all those things they might think we are, so their mind does not get confused.
At the end of the first call, we mention that it is trade, and in the next call, we will talk about trade.
The second call pertains to the generalities of trade.
That there is money in trade.
God has placed nine-tenths of wealth and two-thirds of intellect in trade.
Over 92% of the world's wealthy are traders.

Then we discuss how God has favored trade over other professions.
We dissect the advantages of trade compared to other professions in various aspects.
The third call pertains to the details of trade.
Suppliers and customers.
Branding.
Logistics.
Negotiation.
And we explain each of the infrastructures that Arad has.
The fourth call pertains to promotion.
Someone who has mentioned 1 hour means they expect 16 million tomans, so in most cases, this person either has a low financial level or, even if they don’t, has low expectations from trade.
Offer this person Promotion 1.
Since they do not want to make a lot of money from trade, they will naturally not spend much either.
Now you can tell them that to start any business, they must incur some costs.
If they wanted to open a shop to earn 16 million tomans, how much would they need to invest?
People must purchase a vehicle to earn 16 million tomans from Snapp (Iranian vehicle for hire company), which becomes more dilapidated each year.
If they say they have two hours, meaning they expect 32 million tomans, then offer them Promotion 2.
If they say they want to work for 12 hours, meaning they expect 192 million tomans, then offer them Promotion 12.
That is, the hours they want to work correspond to the suggested promotion.
Now, if on the first day they made a bluff and said they wanted to work 12 hours, and because they found the number for Promotion 12 overwhelming, suggest a lower promotion with fewer hours, encouraging them to come and work during that time and if they like it, they can increase the promotion.
If someone asks if they can take Promotion 1 but want to work 12 hours, you say Promotion 1 provides a plan from us for 1 hour, and they should expect such income.
Now, what they want to do with the remaining 11 hours is up to them, and they can take advantage of free methods that may or may not work for them.
After they join, especially in the initial days, if you notice they are not working, remind them that they were supposed to work for a certain number of hours to reach a specific amount.
If they slack off, the result will be negligible.
I hope I have been able to convey Arad's directive plan correctly to you, dear business enterprises, as much as I can.
Arad will also clearly publish initial dialogues with people regarding entering trade on the website so that everyone understands these are Arad's promises, and anything else said is the promise of the business enterprise and must align with these promises.
Successful business enterprises should aim for 9 to 12 successful calls, good business enterprises for 6 to 8 successful calls, average business enterprises for 2 to 5 successful calls, and weak business enterprises for 1 successful call in their daily agenda.
A business enterprise that has no daily interactions with people about entering trade is not truly a business enterprise. Sooner or later, it will either exit the business on its own, or Arad will remove such enterprises once the total number reaches 1106.
