The safe home is one of the reasons some people use for not entering into trade.
They say people don’t want to leave their safe homes.
It’s the most ridiculous statement one can hear in life.
Which safe home are you talking about?
What security do you have in mind?
Those who had an average life thirty years ago have all become poor, and more average people are joining the ranks of the poor every day.
And soon, today's middle class people will be among the poor of the future.
Really, which safe home are people talking about?!
We are in an era where if we don’t become wealthier, we will surely become poorer, and there’s no third option.
If you’d like to see the difference between yourself before and after joining Arad, simply discuss one of the lessons you've learned in the Business School with ordinary people, like your relatives, to see how low their level of economic understanding is and how much more you comprehend.
The Business School is a treasure that prevents us from clinging to common false terms among people and gives us the chance to make a major change in our lives.
Becoming a trader requires a change in lifestyle.
This change becomes easier with the Business School.
1. Services of the foreign representatives’ in-person working group, for promotion level 9 and above
2. Council members, business enterprises, traders, and employees, please take note.
If Arad collects fees for promotion, it has hired employees in proportion to these fees, who are responsible for performing those tasks, receive salaries, and have their own expenses.
If you try to obtain any of the promotion services outside of Arad and ask others to perform them for you, you will find that they will charge you several times more. In fact, at most, only 10 to 20 percent of Arad's services are provided by others in Iran, while 80 percent is fully owned by Arad and cannot be offered anywhere else.
Thus, any suggestion that Arad should reduce Promotion Level 7 services to Level 5 only comes from someone either uninvolved in covering expenses and payrolls or who assumes that this money is pure profit for Arad, which Arad could easily reallocate to different promotion levels.
As mentioned previously, the kindness of senior managers has raised these expectations in some people, tempting them to make such demands.
Honorable council members, in any proposal you make, avoid the idea of offering services for free or increasing a promotion level from 4 to 5, or providing more services for less payment to traders. The fees Arad collects for promotions solely cover employee salaries and operational expenses, with no profit included.
Arad promotes to boost business, seeing its main revenue channel in the 10 percent of profits that traders should contribute from their business earnings.
389 payments of this 10 percent contribution were reported in the past week, and we extend our thanks to all these esteemed individuals.

17. Non-Aradi Traders Are Leaving Trade More and More Each Day.
A piece of news, whether encouraging or concerning, is that non-Aradi traders are increasingly leaving the trade sector and even the country itself.
There are several reasons for this departure.
One of the main reasons is the disrespect and humiliation many of them faced due to recent events related to hijab, especially as some traders and their families may not adhere strictly to hijab standards.
Other significant reasons include the exhausting discrepancies between free-market and government-controlled exchange rates.
Additionally, the country’s governmental sector has shown increasingly disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior toward traders. For example, a recent message sent to many traders demonstrated the police's antagonistic view, treating traders as disruptors.
Our contacts have confirmed that the recent message has deeply unsettled many traders, pushing them to seriously consider leaving the country.
In short, dishonest practices have been present in their work, much like in the stock market, cryptocurrency markets, and banks. But the police’s focus has remained on traders, while other fraudsters and usurers continue exploiting the public. Traders who indeed have questionable practices are now contemplating leaving the country.
Interestingly, this bias against traders is so strong that even Mr. Pezeshkian’s deputy states: Let’s not view all capitalists as corrupt.
It appears that the default mindset among government officials is that all capitalists are inherently corrupt, instigators of wrongdoing, and Mr. Deputy simply advises against seeing them this way.
Yet, it’s unclear whether his perspective will even be accepted.
This outlook has frustrated and alienated the wealthy, who are predominantly investors, from the government.
The government or police’s assumption about wealthy individuals is that they gained their wealth through illicit means unless proven otherwise.
However, in the Sharia, the principle is that everything is considered lawful unless proven otherwise.
For instance, DigiKala’s payment gateways have been shut down for three days, and this instability has worn out traders and economic players.
Official and unofficial reports indicate that prominent traders are migrating to other countries and maintaining only minimal activity in Iran.
Even among veteran business figures, whose families have long been involved in trade, many of their children now operate abroad with little presence in Iran.
Despite these circumstances, Arad remains committed to staying in Iran and supporting the country’s trade.
We urge Aradi traders to stay and stand firm as well.
Activate your independent media channels and fill the gaps left by the departure of renowned traders from the country.
While we are in no way pleased to see the exodus of significant economic figures, we must also recognize the opportunities it presents.
The exit of non-Aradi traders from the national trade sector is a unique opportunity for Aradi traders to take their work seriously and grow.
On the other hand, Aradi traders, following the Prophet's tradition of trustworthiness and honesty, conduct their business with integrity, and, God willing, we will claim all the trade positions that have been vacated.
As we are unable to name the prominent individuals who left trade in 2024, feel free to mention specific names in the comments if you wish, though the writer is unable to do so.
18. Increasing Members for Enterprises
An enterprise can increase its members through two ways.
- Promoting Trade, especially by connecting with individuals interested in joining Arad Branding
- Connecting with Inactive Aradi Traders, where the criterion for inactivity is not being present in the site news for four consecutive days.
Enterprise managers can message the following ID to receive contact information for these two groups.
19. Do Not Make Trade Seem Difficult for People.
For God's sake, does the recent police message sent to all Iranians about "disruptors" in imports and exports create a positive view of trade among people, or a negative one?
Does it inspire excitement, or does it instill fear about entering trade?
Why didn't they tell people to identify those in the stock market who ruined lives?
Why didn't they mention the course sellers and package dealers?
Why not point out those who profited from cryptocurrency schemes?
Why not expose the exploitative investment companies?
Do ordinary people even know importers and exporters enough to identify them?
This message did nothing but instill fear about entering trade, placing the blame for all the country’s economic miseries, poverty, and hardship on the shoulders of traders.
They want to tell people, “If you’re poor, it’s because traders are disrupting the economy; otherwise, you’d all be wealthy.”
They want people to blame traders for their struggles, while the incompetence of some remains hidden.
Meanwhile, a group of unsuccessful individuals complains, saying, “Why didn’t you teach us everything from A to Z in trade and exports from the beginning?”
But did they even have the patience to listen to all the details?
Learning trade thoroughly takes over a thousand hours of listening.
Would they have been willing to commit to that?
The question is whether they say this in order to decide later, after understanding the whole story, whether to enter the business or not.
What they mean is that Arad should reveal everything to make trade seem difficult, so that no one enters, leading to Arad’s downfall.
Yet, some naïve business enterprises believe their words come from goodwill and sincerity, not realizing that they mask their malicious intentions with seemingly beautiful words.
Lord, You bear witness that powerful media outlets portray trade, the Prophet’s tradition, as intimidating so that people won’t be drawn to it. And, on the other hand, they refute it to prevent anyone from joining.
We, Aradis, are the only group standing by trade in these times, inviting people to it.
So send blessings and mercy upon Muhammad and his family, and do not leave us alone, as we already stand alone in this effort.
