If you're truly committed to trade, don't forget these 5 principles.
It's true when I say that even if you're left without Arad, you should still follow these five principles, but without Arad, you may become forgetful and will likely neglect these five principles.
The first principle is economics, which means you shouldn't get involved in anything other than economics.
Whenever you attend a gathering, meeting, or any event where, for example, a certain topic is being discussed, act completely uninformed and feign ignorance.
You are the economic commander of this country, and just as a military commander doesn't interfere in cultural affairs, you too should avoid involvement in non-economic matters.
The second principle is trade. If the conversation about economics deviates from trade, don't engage in it, because it's unbecoming for someone who understands the true source to deprive themselves of it and drink from a shallow stream instead.
The third principle is information.
Connect yourself to the business school, which is the greatest source of business information, and alongside that, benefit from other commercial sciences.
The fourth principle is communication.
Promotion provides you with the greatest business connections, and naturally, those with higher promotion levels achieve broader networks.
Having an independent media outlet is a free resource for expanding your connections.
The fifth principle is promotion.
Promotion not only expands connections but also increases accessibility, boosts credibility and trust, and motivates and elevates the brand of traders.
In any business, even outside of Arad, if the principle of promotion is neglected, no sales will happen.
And again, as I emphasize every day, take the third principle—information and the business school—seriously.

4. How fortunate we are to be in Arad.
Three days ago, Tasnim News Agency published a report under this title, which you can read in full on Tasnim from here:
Export Stagnation in the Second Half of the 2010s Due to Neglecting New Markets
In this news, two main topics are being examined.
The first issue is that Iran's non-oil exports have always been on an upward trend at all times, except in the second half of the 2010s.
The question is, what happened to the country in the second half?
We haven't forgotten the second half of 2010.
The start of investment markets based on usury was the biggest disaster that destroyed people's lives.
The stock market, cryptocurrencies, market bubble of gold coins and dollars, etc.
Everyone, including traders, rushed toward these markets, leaving trade behind.
And since the traders suffered as well, they eventually returned to their work, and the upward trend began again.
How much did Arad warn during those years not to abandon trade, but it was not effective.
We lost many of our traders during those times because they too left Arad and rushed toward the stock market.
Some of them have returned now, but some were hit so hard that they have no strength to come back, and some have no dignity to return.
And what a disgraceful time it was for Iran’s economy.
You could see the people rushing towards the stock market and investment markets like flocks of sheep, and anyone who tried to dissuade them was called ignorant.
But the second topic of this news is also very interesting.
It relates to the Supreme Leader's recommendations in 10 points for boosting the country's exports.
If one truly understands the concept of promotion, they will see that all 10 points of the Leader are about promotion.
Promotion means stimulating the growth of a brand.
It means elevating the status of traders and their brands.
It means increasing sales and making it easier.
He asks the officials to provide these 10 points to traders so that trade and exports can prosper. And it’s clear that today’s officials are far from implementing these 10 points.
But the point of pride is that all of those 10 points are already being implemented today in Arad Branding.
Getting closer to foreigners and building friendly relationships with them, finding new markets, inviting foreigners to come to Iran, solving logistical problems and facilitating them, bypassing sanctions for financial transfers—these are among the most important promotions emphasized in trade.
Of course, any reasonable person understands that when the Supreme Leader asks officials to create these 10 points or promotions for traders, it doesn’t mean it should be done for free.
It means these promotions should be created, and the cost should be collected from the traders.
Has there ever been a place in the Islamic Republic or any other government in the world where something is done for free?
We are happy to breathe in Arad, which is fifty or a hundred years ahead of the country, or perhaps even more.

10. How Business Enterprise Owners Can Solve the Lead and Signal Problems of Their Members.
Dear business enterprise owners, please note that if your members do not have leads and signals and their business communications are low, the likelihood of their failure increases.
Talk to your members about their daily lead and signal status.
If they say they are satisfied, then thank God, and we are happy as well.
If they say they are not satisfied, there are only two options.
Increase their promotions.
Take independent media seriously.
If they say they want to neither increase promotions nor activate their independent media, they are essentially saying they do not want to improve their leads and signals.
Simply put, they want to be among the unsuccessful.
You should kindly admonish them that this path leads to nowhere.
If they accept your advice, then thank God.
If they do not accept it, do not trouble yourself.
When you want to elevate someone who does not want to change themselves, you are actually opposing a verse from the Quran, as God says, "I do not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves." (Surah Ar-Ra'd, Verse 11)
But you say, "I want this person's life to change?"
From experience, I can say that because you wish to act against God’s tradition, He will restrict your provisions so that you remain in hardship until you learn not to act against His tradition.

20. A Valuable Insight from Mr. Talia's Meeting
I attended Mr. Talia's meeting yesterday and observed how a lady made trading seem so hard and difficult when she wanted to give advice.
The reason for this was her extensive connection with failures who had managed to influence her.
When you want to invite people to trade, if there’s a part of your mind thinking they might end up as failures, your promotion will have the opposite effect.
Let me give you a simple example.
Of all the Muslims in the world, what percentage are truly happy and successful?
.
.
.
So, by this logic, you shouldn’t promote Islam.
However, we still promote Islam because we don’t care about the percentage of success and failure.
We look at it this way: anyone who hears, understands, believes, and practices the teachings of Islam will be successful.
Anyone who didn’t hear, didn’t understand, didn’t believe, or didn’t put it into practice is of no importance.
When the devil tells God that he will mislead all His servants except for a few of the sincere ones, he is trying to threaten or scare God.
And God replies: "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee." (Surah Sad, Ayah 85).
For God, only the few sincere believers are valuable, while the devil and his followers hold no value, not even the slightest concern for their being cast into the fire.
Doesn’t God see all the suffering that people in Muslim countries like Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine are enduring?
Perhaps God pays more attention to Western countries than to Muslim countries.
Why?
Because they practice the traditions of Islam more faithfully, while we are a nation of words.
In words, we are like a swift horse, but in practice, we are like a limping donkey.
Trade, which is the tradition of our Prophet, was recommended to us by Ali, the Commander of the Faithful, who advised that others should not surpass you in the traditions of your Prophet. We see that others have surpassed us in the tradition of our Prophet, which is trade, and we have been oblivious to this; therefore, God sees us in misery and is indifferent to our plight.
As Imam Reza (peace be upon him) said, when God sees His servant indifferent to His traditions, He becomes indifferent to his prayers.
This is the condition of all the prayers and supplications of the people before God that do not yield the results we expect.
Currently, most people in Iran are praying for their living conditions to improve.
Now, imagine that Imam Mahdi comes and says that the answer to your prayers lies in trade. Surely, when he comes, he will say just that.
What percentage of people do you think would listen to Imam Mahdi and enter into trade?
Arad is not infallible and is full of flaws, but 100% of those who heard, understood, believed, and practiced what they learned in Arad became traders.
You might wonder why, despite Arad's imperfections, the answer to this question is 100%.
Because trade is such a lucrative tradition that even someone flawed and imperfect can earn several times more than they would as a worker or employee.
So, 100% of those who take trade seriously and act upon it will become traders, despite their own imperfections and those of Arad.
The rest—those who don’t hear, don’t understand, don’t believe, or don’t take action—whether they become traders or not, simply don’t matter.
Let’s assume you ask a new person: if you enter this field, do you want to hear what we have to say or be indifferent?
They say they want to listen.
Ask them if they want to understand or pretend not to understand?
They say they want to understand.
Ask them if they want to believe or dismiss us and not believe?
They say they want to believe.
Ask them if they want to put this into practice and act or procrastinate and not act?
They say they want to act.
You can confidently tell them, “Then you will surely become a successful trader.”
Now, if they enter and do not keep their promises, there is no fault on you.
God, the Lord of all worlds, says, “Fulfil your covenant with Me as I fulfil My Covenant with you.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 40).
This means, if you break your word, I will break My word.
Every newcomer we have seen on the first day has said yes, surely, this is how it should be: when I come, I must comply with everything you say.
No one has claimed that they would be obstinate and stand defiantly before you.
Everyone has said they would obey.
However, the failures are those who broke their promises and stood obstinately against the commands and instructions after entering and did not act.
Arad feels no guilt for their failures; rather, it is pleased because it sees them as a lesson for others not to follow their path.
I kindly ask all enterprise owners not to discourage newcomers with the experiences you’ve had with past failures.
Allow them to enter with a perspective full of love and passion for trade.
If God wishes for their honor, they too will become passionate about Arad like yourselves and achieve results.
