2. How Can I Access the Business School Exam Answers?
Several traders commented, "We wish you would tell us the correct answers after taking the exam."
Well, we did provide the correct answers.
All the answers are exactly chosen from the words or responses given by the senior manager in the video. You just need to rewatch the video carefully and take notes.
To get the correct answer, you just need to watch the business school videos more attentively.
However, if the correct answers are given right after the lesson, anyone can easily share them, and everyone would pass without fulfilling the true purpose of the business school.
The goal of the Business School is not to receive the green light, but rather, the green light is a test for yourself to determine whether you have fully memorized the lesson word for word.
Most of you traders knew little or nothing about trade before Arad.
The business school refines your character and skills in business to turn you into a trader.
Imagine a two-story house that needs to be converted into a tower.
Can you build a tower without demolishing the house?
So, let’s tear down your current self today to build a brighter tomorrow.
As Mr. Vahid says, "Unless I hate my current state of poverty, I will never reach my wealthy future."

5. Promotion is the Trader-Making Factory
Imagine a tomato paste factory.
It takes tomatoes and produces tomato paste.
There are workers with machines that carry out this conversion process.
How valuable is a factory that transforms tomatoes into paste with the help of workers?
We say it is highly valuable.
Now, imagine a factory that takes a person from the lowest ranks of society and turns them into a trader.
How valuable is that?
Arad does exactly this.
Apple makes mobile phones.
Snapp transports passengers.
Digikala sells goods online.
Arad delivers wealthy, intelligent, wise traders to society.
This is where Mr. Talia says in their meeting, “What Arad does, no other brand in the world does, and no company can claim what Arad claims.”
Arad claims that by turning people into traders, it impacts all aspects of their lives, while Apple only provides phones and can’t make claims about other parts of life.
The Apple factory, with its workers and machines, turns electronic components into phones.
How does Arad turn an ordinary, or even lower-class, person into a capable trader?
What are Arad’s trader-making machines?
The answer is: promotion.
And it is the employees who carry out these promotions.
The trader-making production line at Arad is promotion itself.
If we truly understand promotion, we would all love it, because promotion means advancement, excitement, personality-building, branding, and all the tools and equipment necessary for creating traders.
With one major difference.
In the process of turning electronic components into a phone, or tomatoes into paste, or any other product you can think of, the product has no will of its own and is completely surrendered to the manufacturer.
But here, the subject is a human being.
They have free will.
Arad says, “Do this,” and they may not do it.
Arad says, “Watch the Business School every day,” and they disobey.
If they were tomatoes, they wouldn’t be able to disobey.
Now imagine if everyone who entered Arad was like the electronic components that blindly follow Apple’s commands to be turned into phones. If they followed everything senior managers said without question, just think how much stronger our traders would be.
Maybe a hundred times stronger than today.
But people are people, and it’s with their disobedience that you must turn them into traders.
And this is what elevates Arad’s status.
Arad has created successful traders out of people who didn’t obey it. Only God knows how hard it is to change the beliefs of people who don’t want to change, and yet you must guide them through clever tactics and strategies.
As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, “Changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains.”
Arad not only has to change beliefs, but also actions and behaviors, in order to turn someone who knows nothing about business into a trader.
And this can only be achieved through promotion and the efforts of employees to execute the promotions accurately for Arad’s traders.
And how disgraceful it is when the tomato paste is rude to the worker who transformed it from a tomato.
Let this be a reminder for those traders who, on occasion, belittle our employees by saying, “We are traders, and you are just employees,” even though Arad has repeatedly said that traders are superior to employees.
Yes, Arad is right, but we, the employees, are the ones who make traders.

7. Today's World is the World of Media.
If you look at the world today, you'll see that those who have strong media to inform people about various topics hold high positions in terms of power, wealth, branding, and fame.
If trade were possible without branding, Arad wouldn’t have chosen to include “Branding” in its name, because branding for a trader is like sharpening a knife before cutting.
If you try to trade without being a brand, the road ahead is very tough. However, once you become a brand, not only will you gain fame, but power and wealth will naturally follow.
This branding comes to you through two ways.
Promotion, where branding is carried out by Arad’s employees.
Independent media, which you create on social platforms and strengthen with less than an hour of daily activity.
You can build this media presence on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Rubika, Eitaa, Soroush, Bale, or any other app, and it’s very easy.
All you need is one piece of content a day to publish, and within 6 to 12 months, you will begin to see very beneficial results.
You can create content yourself, use content from other Aradi members, or use Arad’s commercial productions.
Short videos under 1 minute are also ideal for this type of content sharing.
Simply add captions under each video or image to guide your audience on how to collaborate with you.
In the first three months, don’t expect immediate reactions from people, as they will first observe you for a few months without showing any response. Once they’re sure that you’re not just a passing phase, they will start engaging with you.
With your independent media, you can find customers, create sales agencies, or if you have a business enterprise, recruit new members. This is your honor, greatness, and credibility.
Take your independent media seriously.

13. The Duty of Business Enterprises
Business enterprises are responsible for inviting people into trade, and their main focus should then be on transforming people into successful traders.
Ask yourself this question.
When two-thirds of wisdom and nine-tenths of wealth are in commerce, why aren’t people entering into trade?
Write down your answers.
Now, for each of these answers—each of which is a deception created by the devil to keep people away from trade and wealth, dragging them toward poverty and immorality—bring forth logic and reason.
Remember your own first day, when you were one of these people, and present these arguments to yourself.
Would your former self, if they heard these arguments, be convinced and let go of their wrong thinking?
Share these arguments with your friends and relatives whose level of understanding may be lower.
A true artist is someone who can align logic and reason with the minds of the people.
Like a teacher teaching a seven-year-old the alphabet.
I recommend considering the people of Iran as economically illiterate. If they had economic knowledge, not everyone could pull the wool over their eyes.
Don’t say, "He’s 50 years old, so he should understand my logic." And if he doesn’t, don’t think, "How stupid he is."
See him as a six or seven-year-old who is, by chance, very confident in his knowledge, though in reality, he knows nothing.
This is the kind of person you’re going to negotiate with and invite to trade.
And what a great reward awaits the enterprises that invite such people to trade and transform them into traders.
May God bless you.
