According to the words of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), attaining success has four stages.
- Listen
- Understand
- Believe
- Act upon it
You have spent years listening to others, understanding them, believing in them, and even acting upon their words. But, did you achieve success?
No.
Therefore, it becomes clear that not every source you listen to leads to success.
Now, the past is gone, and what shouldn’t have happened, has already happened.
If the past serves as a lesson, it’s good to avoid listening to those whose words brought us nothing but misery, and block them. But woe to the one who continues to listen to them.
Now it’s us, Arad, and the Business School.
Let’s truly commit to this experiment once and for all. If the results are good, let’s continue. If not, we abandon it.
Today, I’ll go and watch a lesson from the Business School.
But, I must truly be alone in a room, not allowing anyone to interrupt me during this experiment.
My entire focus should be on this one lesson so that I truly listen to it well.
I should also have a pen and paper to take notes.

Has my skill in speaking and negotiation improved from just this one lesson?
Do I feel like a wiser person?
If I can feel these changes from just one lesson, then it's time to proceed to the fourth stage.
What does this mean?
It means to act immediately upon what I’ve listened to, understood, and believed.
What leads you to money is action.
Without action, you won’t reach wealth.

7. Take Instagram More Seriously.
One difference Instagram has compared to other social media platforms is that when you create engaging content, it shows it to people who don't even know you.
In other social media networks, your content is only shown to those who already know you, but in Instagram Reels, it gets pushed to the Explore page, where others can also see it.
All traders, especially business enterprise owners, should take having an independent media platform seriously.
You can claim to be great only when you have something meaningful to share.
There are four types of content that are attractive to your audience and can strengthen their cooperation with you.
- Your own business activities, such as shipping and commercial negotiations,...
- The business activities of your friends from Arad
- Arad's commercial credibility and power, as showcased on its media.
- Short videos under one minute
I've checked many Instagram accounts and noticed they only post the first type of content.
This means they haven't realized that the other three types are also appealing.
When you only post the first type, you convey a false sense of narcissism to your audience.
When I look at many of your pages, it's clear that you're running a very small operation because you only post about yourselves.
You're like one-man armies with no credibility.
Compare your social media and website with Arad’s website and social media once.
On Arad’s site, you see a world of people, but on your pages, there’s only you.
Your pages resemble those of online scam package sellers.
However, when others are highlighted on your page, it shows that you’re part of a larger entity.
When I saw that many business enterprises, despite being trained for years by senior managers, still don't post Arad's videos as Reels and only post about themselves, I realized that small-mindedness is intrinsic. It might not change, even with years of training under great leaders.
Over the past few days, I’ve repeatedly asked myself why these individuals, after all these years of learning from the masters, haven’t grown.
Even though I’ve read many times in their comments that they say, “Stay humble in the company of greats,” in practice, they show they are lying.
For them, it’s only and exclusively about themselves, and this small-mindedness is the reason their brands don’t grow.
We truly must learn from Arad's honorable president, who, as promised in their last speech, has faded into the background to let Arad members shine.
With this action, he showcased Arad’s greatness and earned our respect by honoring us.
I wish we could learn a bit and step away from self-centeredness and egoism, allowing others to also be present in our independent media, as this would be a true sign of our own greatness.

9. The True Meaning of Promotion is Advancement
Promotion comes from the root word "to promote."
Promoting means elevating, growing, and lifting through encouragement.
You want to become a trader.
You need to promote two things to increase your sales.
- Yourself
- Your Brand
If you don’t promote these two, you won’t experience profitable trades.
For any promotion, you must invest, and this investment has two parts.
- Invest money (promotion)
- Invest time (business school and business podcasts)
If you invest money but don’t invest time, it won’t work; and if you invest time but don’t invest money, it also won’t work.
Arad has been around for 18 years, but these issues existed even before Arad, so they are not new discussions.
So, if you want to benefit from the advantages of trade, you must promote both yourself and your brand.
Really take a moment to imagine that you don’t want to give any money to Arad to ease your mind; the author is not tooting his own horn for Arad.
Do you need a website and content production for it to promote yourself and your brand, or not?
As a trader with a reputable brand, if you don’t have a website, what kind of trader do you appear to customers and suppliers?
Do you need foreign connections as a trader, or not?
If you really don’t want to promote with Arad; instead, you should hire an employee proficient in a foreign language to negotiate with foreigners on social networks and persuade them to collaborate with your brand.
Consider a worker with an average salary of 20 million tomans for this role, along with a space for them to work and a system or laptop with a desk and chair, which will cost you at least 300 million tomans a year just for this single item.
After a while, you’ll see that the very employee you hired attracts the foreigners you’ve lured in with their salary and secretly conducts business with them, similar to what we witnessed in the Arad Branding negotiation department in 1400 and 1401, and you will see an even worse scenario.
Do you not want to have internal or export infrastructure packages to grow your brand or encourage your customers?
If you say you don’t want to do these things, be assured that you won’t achieve anything in trade.
If you say you want to do it, just go for a while and create the same services that Arad has defined in its promotions for yourself.
Please, please, please, I urge you not to use pathways outside of Arad that advise you and that Arad has not included in its promotional services, as you will be badly deceived.
Methods such as paying to participate in exhibitions or traveling to foreign countries without having an active representation or establishing an office in another country.
These exorbitant costs are not applicable to you as someone who is just starting in business.
The services that Arad provides for promotion, if you want to obtain them yourself, will cost you, as Mr. Talia says, 50 times the amount you pay to Arad.
Someone asked Mr. Talia in a meeting, “Arad takes money for promotion, so why should we give 10% of our trade profits to Arad?”
Mr. Talia elegantly replied that if Arad didn’t want to profit from your trades, it should declare promotion 50 times its current price.
Exactly.
The money for promotion is the salaries of employees, and remember that Arad’s employees work several times more than in other places, as confirmed by outsiders.
This means that if Arad’s employees worked under the management style of other companies, a company with such a small budget for promotions would have gone bankrupt.
It is only the hard work of employees that has made providing promotional services feasible at such low costs; otherwise, you would have to spend several times more to obtain these services outside of Arad.
I wish you would go and spend such costs outside of Arad just once and taste the flavor of failure; then, you would passionately return to Arad.
Let it be said that you cannot find many of the services that Arad provides outside of Arad at all.
Ultimately, you can set up a website and produce content.
Where else can you bring an ambassador of a country to meet at your company or accompany foreigners under such sanction conditions or have an online meeting with several people from five continents?
You will understand the value of Arad's promotion when you spend for it outside of Arad.
If you don’t spend, you won’t reach any significant growth or progress.
You must invest both financially and in terms of time.
When it is said that nine-tenths of wealth and two-thirds of intelligence are in trade, it does not mean that spending isn’t necessary; on the contrary, everything valuable requires investment, otherwise, if it were free and effortless, everyone would enter, and anything that everyone enters loses its value.
In conclusion, I would like to thank those who declare 10% of their profits voluntarily to Arad’s accounts and also to the business enterprises.
We recently heard reports from 174 Aradi traders who have paid their ten percent, which greatly pleased us, and we thank you for your honesty and sincerity.
May other friends, whom we know and see, also pay these percentages and not lose the blessings of their wealth by not paying the business and Arad’s share.
Arad’s policy at this stage for receiving profits from business enterprises is through preaching and advice; if it yields results, great, otherwise, it will lead to specific regulations.

11. I’m pained by these cryptocurrencies
A few days ago, I left a dissenting comment under a post on Instagram that supported cryptocurrencies.
Within less than an hour, I saw 32 people attack me, rising to defend cryptocurrencies, and they delivered such crushing responses that I thought they must have made substantial profits from these cryptocurrencies.
I went to their direct messages and started bantering and debating with them.
Except for six people I hadn’t managed to speak with yet, I engaged with the rest.
How many of them do you think had made a profit?
None of them.
Not a single one had made even a penny in profit, and they were all waiting to get rich overnight.
I wondered, "Oh God, why do they defend such falsehood so passionately when successful Aradi traders, who have also conducted large businesses, do not defend trade in the same way?"
I have seen your model of defending trade, and I have also witnessed their approach.
When I expressed a simple opposition to cryptocurrencies, they attacked me as if I had insulted their mother or sister!
Yet, when the worst insults are thrown at trade, you defend it with such class and formality, but your sense of honor doesn’t flare up.
These conversations reminded me of the words of Imam Ali in Nahj al-Balagha, where he said:
"They are steadfast in their falsehood, while you are weak in your truth.
I wish I could exchange all of you for ten of Muawiya's companions."
Since I did not see the kind of defense they showed for cryptocurrencies from traders and employees regarding trade, I said these words.
If there are dear ones who are truly passionate about defending trade, I apologize for not acknowledging them in my text.
I wish we had a bit of zeal for divine traditions; if God sees a servant zealous for His traditions, His sense of honor will rise for them, and anyone who wants to bring them down will be destroyed.
