Those who enter into trade should know that the key to success in trade lies in two things.
The first point is having a promotion for receiving services.
When a trader joins Arad through any promotion, we must first remind him of his rights related to that promotion, according to the services and promotions table. Arad’s responsibility is to deliver all these services to the trader via Arad User, and the trader must take it seriously to ensure these services provide maximum benefit.
For example, in the trade house (Tejarat Khane), we still see businessmen who have not provided a photo, or the photo they have submitted is not fitting for a trader. As a result, their branding will suffer.
The second point is receiving education.
Most newcomers do not believe in the necessity of training.
It is interesting that people agree that they need to learn for every job, but when it comes to trade, which is the most prestigious of professions, they do not hold the same belief.
We live among peculiar people.
There are business enterprises that must talk to them and emphasize that education is necessary for business, just as it is for any lower-level job.
The Business School is the best indicator for this.
Especially since a scoring system has been added, it becomes clear whether someone has even entered the Business School or not.
All unsuccessful individuals share certain traits, and one of the most significant is neglecting the Business School.
In summary, if a trader has a high promotion but does not take the Business School seriously, he will not get anywhere.
Those with lower promotions must not only complete the Business School but also put in effort themselves and perform the necessary tasks for branding.
Sit down, think, and figure out what needs to be done to ensure that the members of your business enterprise include the Business School as part of their daily routine.

2. Downloading Short Videos
The short videos created by Arad Branding's media team aim to draw people’s attention to the economy.
If you browse the internet and social media, you’ll find that less than 1% of the content is related to the economy, while more than 95% of people's daily concerns revolve around financial matters.
Arad’s media team strives to make people aware of the importance of economics and to question why they follow media that has no relevance to their financial well-being if their main concern is money.
Anyone who cares about the Iranian people should make an effort on their social media accounts to remind others of the importance of the economy and trade, while also highlighting the ugliness of poverty and usurious investments.

3. Snapp Driver’s Insult to Two Young Women
It’s still unclear whether this video is real or staged. But that’s not the point.
The important thing is that these arguments and conflicts are a living reality of our time. Our youth are fighting over trivial amounts of money, when in reality, if people took business and trade seriously in this country, they wouldn’t be tearing each other apart like this.
For 30,000 tomans, they wouldn’t be using such offensive language toward each other.

- Connecting with Inactive Aradi Traders, where the criterion for inactivity is not being present in the site news for four consecutive days.

12. Advertising in Domestic and Export Trade Channels

18. A Common Misconception About People Entering Trade.
Arad never insists that its traders must actively work to bring others into the business world because most traders believe that the fewer people involved, the better it is for them.
While their comments may suggest otherwise, deep down, they feel differently—except for the rare individuals who visibly put effort into promoting trade culture on their social media platforms.
This group comprises less than 5% of traders.
The remaining 95% come up with excuses.
One of these excuses is: “I can only invite others to trade once I’ve become a successful businessman myself.”
But everyone who waited until they became a big trader to invite others never actually did it, even when they achieved success.
This is a mental trap.
Please read this text solely out of goodwill from the author, and I don’t expect you to join the ranks of trade promoters after reading it. I just want you to understand where you're falling short.
I only want to point out one of the reasons why you never reach greatness.
A "poor mindset" is all about making excuses.
Let me ask you a question:
Do you only tell others to brush their teeth when your own teeth are perfectly white?
Do you only encourage others to pray when you've already entered the heaven God has promised?
Did you only tell your child to study after you became successful from your own studies?
Why, despite studying for years without seeing any benefit, do you still encourage your children to study?
You invite each other to watch movies and TV series—has the time spent on them led to success in your life?
So why, when it comes to trade, do you act so differently?
This is all the devil's trick.
You share and promote everything with no benefit to you or your loved ones, but when it comes to business, you freeze up and refrain from sharing.
Isn’t it strange to you that you'll share anything except for business-related content?
This is why God removes blessings from your trade—because you are someone who, after discovering a good thing, doesn’t share it with others.
You might say, “If I promote this, people will ask why I’m not a successful businessman yet.”
Well, simply say, “I’ve just started.”
It’s like going to the gym on day one and not having six-pack abs yet but still telling others that exercise is good and inviting them to join you.
Who says you have to succeed in something before inviting others to it?
As soon as I realize something is good, I recommend it to others, whether I've personally succeeded or not.
I tell myself, “Maybe I didn’t do it well enough and didn’t see results.
But the work is still good, so I’ll tell someone else—they might do better than me and become more successful.”
And maybe that person will turn around and help me someday.
Do you not want to do even the slightest bit of good for others?
I've noticed that anyone who hoards good things for themselves and withholds them from others never reaches greatness.
I’ve spent time with people from many advanced countries.
They’ve grown large because they have generous spirits.
When they know something is good, they tell everyone around them—whether or not they’ve succeeded in that thing themselves.
But we Iranians, unless we’ve personally made money, become stingy and narrow-minded.
And God sees this, honoring them and making us small and poor.
Perhaps we should reflect on this.
To those who say, “I don’t know why I’m not succeeding in business”
I say, just try listening to me for one month and see how God showers you with blessings.
Say, “God, I’m certain that trade is Your way, and because of my love for You, I will promote it among Your servants.”
Rest assured, in a short time, your business will grow so much that you’ll be amazed.
Let God see that you don’t have a poor mindset and aren’t stingy, and watch how He solves your problems.
