2. The Business School Returns to Its Former Style.
Arad wants to restore the previous business school so that the managers of the business enterprises can better manage their members.
As a manager, when you assign a task to a member of your business enterprise and ask them to watch a particular lesson from the business school, you can find out whether they have done it or not.
When you see that they are not watching the business school lessons, you can conclude that they are not completing other tasks either.
If you truly want the merchants in your enterprise to achieve results, you must make daily visits to the site and watching the training sessions a fixed part of their daily routine.
If you can accomplish this, the other tasks will follow suit because the training from the business school motivates and encourages every individual.
Look at the unsuccessful members of your enterprise.
Their commonality is that they have abandoned the business school and pay no attention to the site.
If you can resolve this mental barrier, you can turn anyone into a merchant.
In the current business school, each lesson has a test consisting of 10 multiple-choice questions, and anyone who answers all ten questions correctly receives a green light.
Anyone who answers 8 or 9 questions correctly receives a yellow light, while those who answer less than that receive a red light.
The score of a red light is higher than that of a gray light, which indicates that the test has not been taken.

15. Everyone Wants Money.
Today, the conditions of society are such that everyone wants money.
This is the most significant advantage Arad has over all brands.
Consider the Apple brand.
It produces and sells mobile phones.
There are people who do not need mobile phones, like small children.
Now consider the Snapp brand (an Iranian vehicle for hire company).
There are people who own cars and have not used Snapp for years.
But that same small child and that person who owns hundreds of cars both need money.
Interestingly, in the last 20 years, the people of Iran have experienced all possible ways.
From pyramid and network companies to the stock market, cryptocurrency, banks, etc.
They have tried all professions.
And it is no longer like the movie "A Thousand Untrodden Paths," where we can say there are other paths to take.
We have tried all paths, and it has only increased the poverty of our country.
The only strange path that this country, which is the largest base of Shiism, has not taken is trade, which happens to be the profession of God's Prophet and the Imams.
The Book of God and the traditions of the Prophet and the narrations of the Ahl al-Bayt are filled with recommendations for this profession.
If we were to compile recommendations for all professions, not even one-tenth of the recommendations related to trade would be mentioned.
This is the only way to save humanity from poverty, which developed countries have all taken seriously.
A few days ago, I watched an Indian movie with my family called "Heir," which portrays the life of a wealthy merchant who brings much good to the people.
India has also understood that if it wants to save its people from poverty, it must introduce merchants as good, charitable individuals.
When you watch this movie, you will appreciate merchants because you see a merchant who brings so much good and blessing to the people of a region.
This is in a country where most of the people worship idols.
They understood, but we, who are Muslims, and whose profession is that of our Prophet and his wife, have no good merchant depicted in any film.
So, the discussion leads to the conclusion that all people need money and want it, and they have tried all paths and have failed.
Now, there is one path left, and that is trade.
Interestingly, we are in a country where there is no caretaker for trade to turn people into merchants.
We do not even have a field of study in our high schools and universities that focuses on trade.
Show me one university that produces merchants as graduates.
We don't have any.
If you have doubts, go and search.
The only entity responsible for popularizing trade in the country is Arad.
This is an opportunity.
People want money, and there is no way left for them but trade.
Arad is also the only base for popularizing trade.
Arad has entrusted people's entry into trade to its business enterprises and has determined the profits for them.
What does a clever person do?
They recognize this opportunity and, by increasing the membership of people in Arad, they not only increase the number of merchants in the country but also create unparalleled earning potentials for themselves.
The Meeting of Mr. Talia about business enterprises is a good guide for anyone who has little information on this subject.
16. Don't Be Afraid of Hearing No and Don't Feel Ashamed.
Why do people enter all professions but find it difficult to enter trade?
You can bring up any reason, but you will see that Arad has provided facilities that eliminate those barriers, yet still, people do not enter as they should.
Let me share an interesting point with you.
None of God's prophets were like one another, and each had different characteristics, but God has mentioned a common point about all of them.
1. All of them were merchants and involved in buying and selling, with the final prophet being engaged in trade, which is the peak of buying and selling (Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 20).
2. All the prophets of God were denied, to the extent that God tells His prophet in Surah Al-Imran, Verse 184, that if they deny you, know that all my prophets before you were also denied.
This means that being denied is a natural issue for prophets.
3. All prophets of God had enemies (Surah Al-An'am, Verse 112 and Surah Al-Furqan, Verse 31).
In one place, it states that we place enemies among them from among the devils of both jinn and humans, and they unite against our prophet, conveying their baseless words in a beautiful manner to separate the people from our prophet.
In another place, it says that their enemies are criminals, and God will suffice for them; God is the guide and helper of the prophets.
Now, you may better understand why people do not enter trade.
Trade is a very noble profession that eliminates poverty from society.
The devil does everything to keep people from entering trade, and if they enter any profession other than trade, the devil is not very concerned because the greatest factor for the devil to mislead people is poverty.
You remain poor and do whatever you want; the devil has his tools for that.
The devil's control is lifted with wealth, which is taken away from people, and he does not want people to become merchants.
Now, as a business enterprise, you want to invite people to trade.
People do not enter because
1. They know they will be denied in trade, whereas in other professions, there is no denial involved.
Who denies a teacher?
While students respect them every day, wherever they go, they are praised for having been their teacher.
Who denies a driver?
What denial does an employee or worker face?
Does a hairdresser get denied?
Being denied means being called a liar.
You get denied when you make a promise that does not align with people's rationality.
However, business enterprises are denied.
You tell people that trade is the way to salvation, and directly or indirectly, they say you are lying because if they considered you truthful, they would definitely work with you.
Trade is filled with rejections and hearing "no."
Hearing "no" is the greatest hardship in the world for many.
When they say trade is hard, what they mean is that they hear "no."
People care a lot about not being denied.
And this very spirit distinguishes merchants.
It makes business enterprises unique because they are not afraid of being denied for the honor of themselves and their country, and the reproach of any reproacher does not frighten them.
The second reason is that in trade, a person has enemies.
Teachers have no enemies.
Employees and workers have no enemies.
Drivers have no enemies.
But merchants have enemies, which is why Imam Ali (peace be upon him) describes merchants in his letter to Malik as brave individuals.
Most people are not brave.
They are cowardly and timid.
God forbid they have even one enemy.
They cannot sleep.
They feel pressured.
But merchants are not like that.
Merchants are threatened to the point that they are not afraid of threats nor do they weaken with bribes.
But people are not like that.
Most people cave under the slightest threat and sell themselves at the smallest bribe.
This is the reason people do not enter trade.
As a business enterprise wanting to talk to people about trade, you should keep these points in mind.
Know that when their conversation with you ends, the devils in the guise of friends will start talking to them, and everything you have woven will unravel.
But you, business entities, are not like reeds that shake in these winds.
You become stronger day by day in reason and proof, and you will speak to people in a way that even if Satan himself comes, he will not be able to separate them from you and trade.
A few times, I had the opportunity to attend a meeting where the respected president was speaking in Mashhad.
I remember in one of his talks, he referred to the commercial advisors at that time, which are essentially the same business enterprises we have today that invite people to trade.
In that speech, he described wealth as a great good, trade as a forgotten virtue, and poverty as the greatest evil of our time. He cited verse 104 of Surah Al-Imran, stating that those who invite people to trade are the ones who will be saved.
Verse 104 of Al-Imran is as follows:
Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.
Good = Wealth
Right = Trade
Wrong = Poverty
