2. 5 Short and Important Points in a News Update

1. Negotiation and Business Strategy Meeting

Arad Branding held free meetings of Mr. Talia on Sundays, which were for promotions of 5 and above, and on Tuesdays, which were for promotions of 3 and above, and these meetings have now been moved to Wednesdays.

In addition to these, two services were added to the services for traders. One of these is the services for commercial offices and showrooms, which applies to promotions of 12 in all cases and also for all promotions in special situations.

Another service is the communication channel with foreign representatives, which is available for promotions of 5 and above, enabling representatives to engage more effectively for these esteemed individuals.

We hope that the need for negotiation and strategy meetings will conclude in the coming weeks, as there are currently multiple meetings held by senior managers from Saturday to Tuesday, as well as for commercial enterprises. Thankfully, the educational level of Aradis has reached an appropriate level.

2. The Main Problem of Arad and the Business enterprises

The main issue for Arad and enterprises are those who enter into business but are absolutely unwilling to visit the Arad website daily to follow news, training, and communications.

These individuals, who become dissatisfied within a few months of joining, represent Arad's biggest problem.

We ask business owners not to promise wealth to any trader on the first day but rather to promise them they will become a trader.

When you say "you will become rich," they disappear and after a few months ask, "Where's the wealth?"

When you say "we will turn you into a trader," they understand that if they don't engage, becoming a trader isn't guaranteed.

Make sure to ask them to provide their free times the night before or by noon. If they fail to do this by noon, follow up with them yourself and ask.

If you truly want your members to become traders, include visiting daily news updates and reviewing lessons from the Business School with a specific and dedicated link in their daily schedule.

Our statistics show that a significant percentage of these individuals don't visit the website at all. Ironically, they frequent all other websites in the country, but when it comes to Arad, they become negligent.

One unsuccessful but honest person, when asked why he visits all other websites but not Arad’s, responded, "Arad's website requires brainpower and engages the mind. The few times I visited the site, I got a headache, but other websites don’t require thinking, they’re just for fun."

Because they've kept their brain unused for years, they feel pressure here, but not in other places.

You, as business owners, need to emphasize the importance of visiting the website every day if you want them to succeed and later take a share of profits from them as traders.

Be certain that if they can’t even do something as simple as visiting the website, not only will they never become traders, but they also won’t have any business to bring you profits in the future.

If you fail to instill the habit of visiting the website in them, don’t bother making any other efforts for them, because you won’t achieve any results.

3. A Shocking News

Yesterday, my colleagues saw a video on Instagram where a well-known Instagram blogger, whose reels and stories attract between 2 million to 30 million viewers, mocked one of the short videos produced by Arad Branding's media team.

It was the same video where a woman in an interview said in front of the camera: "If my Snap [a ride-hailing service] is a Pride [a car model], I will cancel it! Should I marry a guy who only makes 15 million tomans?"

I am too humble to offer advice to our media colleagues, but given my extensive experience in media, I would like to kindly ask them to be cautious when producing videos. They should ensure that the content doesn’t become a target for mockery or ridicule by famous individuals, as this could have the opposite effect on branding.

I hope they don’t take offense from my words and consider this as friendly advice from a well-wishing companion.

4. Increasing New Members and Strengthening Existing Members

The business enterprises that have taken the task of increasing new members seriously are all organized in special channels where the contact numbers of individuals interested in joining are posted daily.

For those who have missed out, please get in touch through the following Telegram ID.

It is crucial for business owners to have a good understanding of the services provided for different promotions, both in attracting new people to the trade and strengthening existing ones.

When a trader joins Arad and receives any promotion, the business owners must ensure they make the most of the services associated with that promotion to reach profitability.

For traders with lower promotions, create programs that address their lack of leads and signals by encouraging them to engage in social media activities.

The 10 commissions of the Policy Council work daily to help us build stronger traders.

Business enterprises should align with these commissions to turn their weaknesses into strengths.

Those who have built a strong rapport with the council members are much more successful than those who haven’t taken this relationship seriously.

We hope that now, with a six-month strategic stability period ahead, everyone aligns themselves with it so we can witness maximum growth for Arad members.

5. Instagram as an Independent Media

The recent news from the “Wealth Yes, Poverty No” section of the website in the past two nights shows that Arad is striving to present films promoting the culture of wealth, money, and business to the Iranian public via Instagram.

What I understand is that this strategy is due to Instagram’s maximum viral potential compared to other social media platforms.

It seems that senior managers have concluded that the belief in business among Aradis has reached its peak, and now it is necessary to extend this belief to the entire Iranian population. That’s why these videos are no longer directly uploaded to the website, but instead are posted on Arad's Instagram.

Those Aradis who truly feel the economic pain of the Iranian people and wish to help them can support this effort by sharing and adding these videos to their stories from the Arad Branding page. They can also download the videos from the provided Telegram channel and share them directly.

While using the potential of Telegram, WhatsApp, and other social networks can also boost visibility, it seems that Instagram’s reach far surpasses that of the other platforms, which is why Arad has chosen it.

Besides the many spiritual benefits, promoting a business culture also brings financial rewards.

According to law 1106 and the minimum 10% trade profit rule, business enterprise owners will earn profits from every new member and business deal they facilitate.

Those who aren’t business owners can negotiate with them and request a percentage of the profit from any person they introduce into the trade.

Make use of this opportunity.

The commissions for promoting business, media, and culture in Arad Branding's Policy Council are tasked with working together with businesses, employees, and Arad traders to maximize the dissemination of these videos.

God willing, our media colleagues will produce even more engaging videos, making the sharing process more efficient among the public. Hopefully, soon we will witness a shift in the mindset of Iranians away from labor, employment, and usurious investments, and towards business.

3. Podcast: Deceptive Phrases in Sales

Why do customers who say, "We'll take a look around and come back," never return? What goes through their minds when they use such phrases?

5. October 8 - Mr. Talia’s Birthday

From yesterday, when Mr. Ghorbani congratulated Mr. Talia on his birthday during a meeting, all the social media messages from Arad members turned into congratulations and expressions of appreciation for this great man.
A man to whom we all owe so much.
We are followers of the same Imam who said:
"Whoever teaches me a word, makes me his servant."
Then he continued:
"O people, be aware that I have learned nothing from anyone except Muhammad.
I am one of Muhammad's servants."
We, having been educated in the school of such great Imams, are always grateful to those who teach us noble words, not those who for years kept us wandering in ignorance and confusion with useless sciences.
Honorable Mr. Talia,
This is the heartfelt message from all Arad members who wish for your long life in health and well-being.
God knows how difficult it is to write this message because, on behalf of everyone, I must wish you a happy birthday, even though others will help me in the comments to complete what I might lack.
We are all so happy to see you becoming younger, more fit, and healthier day by day, and we pray to God that as you have always been dear and beloved, you will become even more cherished and popular.
People spend years on paths of ignorance and misguidance, losing their lives and meeting death, but we have been blessed by your presence to recognize the right path.
This very recognition of the right path, this understanding that money is a good thing, and your famous phrase, “Hooray, money!” are worth billions to us, from the newcomers to the veterans, from the export traders to those doing domestic sales, and even those who have yet to make a deal.
The beautiful saying of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) which states, "Hear, understand, believe, apply, and you will succeed" – it was you who repeated and interpreted it for us many times, until today we could hear, understand, believe, apply, and become successful. And by continuing to repeat it, we will become even more successful.
I personally say this: though you are 17 years younger than me, I feel that you are thousands of years older than me.
It’s as if you have lived long before me and my kind and gained much experience, and all of this is because you never wasted your life in the wrong direction. You have always thought night and day about saving your country's people from poverty and financial struggle, and that’s why God has blessed your life and made your minutes and seconds a source of inspiration for salvation and truth.
God willing, Arad members will see your 120th birthday and will always learn and grow by your side.
It was you who made us understand, quoting Imam Ali (peace be upon him), that changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains. Your repeated explanations of this hadith strengthened us in dealing with people and introducing them to trade.
If it weren’t for these reminders, myself and all the business owners, when dealing with people, would quickly become discouraged when we couldn't change them. But once we understood how difficult a path we had embarked on, our patience also increased.
A few days ago, I was reading somewhere that a person was deeply frustrated with the Aradis and said, “These people are all thieves and frauds,” but there was one thing – they all speak so eloquently, and there is a senior manager whose entire focus is on teaching them negotiation skills. This fool even mentioned your name without the title 'Master' and tried to belittle you, while God has willed greatness and honor for you. And who can belittle someone whom God has elevated and honored?
Acquaintances and strangers, the old and the new, the successful and the unsuccessful, anyone who knows you acknowledges that the eloquent speaking of Aradis is owed to your negotiation training.
The fact that Aradis speak with reason, logic, and as you say, “with facts,” several heads above all the traders in the country, is the result of your day and night efforts to ensure we don’t speak without evidence and instead speak like wise scholars and elites.
It’s enough for someone to see the comments on the Arad website's news and compare them to comments on any other website or social media platform to understand that the difference between Arad members and the audience of any other platform is as vast as the earth and the sky.
All of this eloquence in speaking and writing is thanks to you, dear Mr. Talia.
Praise be to God, you have lost weight now, but all of us, especially the older members, remember when you weighed more and would stand for hours in front of the whiteboard or in the conference hall to teach us. How much sweat would drip from your honorable body, and we would wonder how, despite the long hours, you never seemed to tire.
It’s as if seeing us grow and improve by hearing your words gave you extra energy to overcome your exhaustion, and as time passed, you appeared more lively.
Alhamdulillah, you’re getting younger day by day, and God knows how much we enjoy your constant strength and authority.
I will keep my words brief and leave the rest of the reminiscing to Aradis to express in the comments, sharing whatever love and appreciation they have for Mr. Talia.
And as a final word:
Happy Birthday, dear Mr. Talia❤️
May God grant you all that you wish for.
For the newcomers’ information, Mr. Talia was born on October 8, 1990.

A client when wants to buy needs to recognize a desire, a lack of something, a problem he/she wants to solve. This could be triggered by a specific desire or a necessity.

The emphasis on effective communication should be treasured. As Arad Branding's website provide a clear enough ground for engagement and information exchange between local and foreign members. As such the website is of utmost important for long term stability And growth as trader.

The principle of Hear, Understand, Believe and Apply and you will succeed, is a good one. Many people fail because they hear but don't understand, or believe but do not apply, or anything in between. I'm moved by these words of wisdom to try as I can to apply what I hear, understand and believe.
Thanks.
