1. The difficulty of business is a deception of the mind.

Then ask, “Does this hardship decrease or increase over time?”
They all say it decreases.
In contrast, in most other jobs, the difficulty increases over time.
Ask a teacher whether standing and teaching was harder in the early years of their career or in the later years.
They'll say it’s harder in the later years.
Ask a barber whether standing and cutting hair was easier in the early years or in the later years.
They'll also say it’s harder later on.
So, the more years pass, the harder the work becomes.
But in business, not only do we not have physical hardship, even mental strain decreases with time.
A merchant who’s been in business for 10 years will say there’s no hardship at all and that it’s actually enjoyable.
So, it turns out there was no real hardship in business.
The difficulty that newcomers face is only because they haven’t exercised their minds, thoughts, intellect, emotions, and spirit for years.
It’s like telling someone who hasn’t exercised for years to start working out—they’ll say it’s hard.
This person hasn't used their mind and intellect much before.
That’s why Imam Sadiq said, “Two-thirds of wisdom is in business,” and that someone who doesn’t engage in business will never fully develop these two-thirds of their intellect.
And God made trading the best of professions because it’s the only job that requires a person to be a thinker—not like a donkey or ox that is only expected to do manual labor.
The nature of the intellect is such that the more it is exercised, the stronger it becomes.
Unlike all other professions, the older merchants get, the more they become seasoned traders.
And the intellect is the only faculty that, the more you use it, the stronger it becomes even in old age.
So, the notion that business is hard is a mental trick that Satan implants to prevent people from entering the world of commerce.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, you see poor souls working for years in furnaces and mines, becoming worn out and eventually dying, yet they don’t consider that hard.
It breaks one’s heart to see how people trade honor for humiliation, spending their years in such conditions until they die.
A merchant who’s been in business for 10 years will say there’s no hardship at all and that it’s actually enjoyable.

4. Eleven Years Means The Dignity of Arad and Aradis
Although in the past, the culture of trade was not as developed as it is today, and less than 50 people joined Arad each year, we must commend the fact that there are dear individuals who have been breathing alongside Arad for over a decade; this is a proud achievement.
I would like to make a proposal from this platform to Mr. Ghorbani to establish a plan for those who have been in Arad for over 10 years, to help these individuals become more recognized as brands and to serve as role models for others. I believe they are true warriors, and God has always favored them.
Mr. Sajjad Rad, a beloved figure, has stood firm in the field of trade for more than 11 years and has humiliated Satan.
May God bestow His special mercy upon him, as well as upon all the veterans and pioneers of trade.
Newcomers should seek guidance from these wise and knowledgeable individuals rather than consulting with the foolish and ignorant in their journey in trade.
Even if they choose not to connect with these individuals, they should take a moment to consider that when someone stays with Arad for eleven years and is so happy, does that not reflect the dignity of this path and journey?
And there are many who have been here for over ten years.
I even believe that if someone stays for more than a year, it means good things have happened for them here, as they are willing to remain for over a year. Otherwise, it's not like a university where boys are forced to serve in the military or girls stay to find husbands and similar reasons. The question is, why do people think so much before entering trade and become savvy, yet when it comes to purchasing online training courses, attending various seminars, investing in the stock market, banks, cryptocurrencies, and other topics, they become so gullible and easily deceived?
They have wasted and lost their money a hundred times under different titles, yet they continue to spend. However, when it comes to trade, they ask questions that make one wonder why they didn’t ask such questions when they were being taken advantage of elsewhere.
Why do people become like Pinocchio when it comes to cryptocurrencies, Forex, and the stock market, easily giving their money to the cunning fox and the foolish cat, thinking they will plant their money and return more?
Why don’t they question themselves when they deposit their money in banks, which boast of 25% interest while inflation is over 40%, meaning their money is losing value?
They hand over their money to banks with enthusiasm and without asking a single question.
Why haven’t people, after all these years of experiencing different methods and becoming poorer year after year, said to themselves, "Let’s not go down this path"?
As Mr. Vahid says, a repetitive path does not lead to a new destination.
Now that trade is recommended by our Prophet and is his profession, why do we resist and oppose it so much?
One answer comes to mind.
Satan has a long-standing problem with trade, while he has no issue with any other profession.
If you abandon trade, which holds nine-tenths of wealth, and enter any profession you desire, Satan will say, Well done and support you.
But when you want to enter trade and establish yourself in it, he says, Where do you think you’re going?
I have sworn to mislead you, and my greatest tool for misguiding people is poverty.
You want to trade and become wealthy? That will leave me without any tools to mislead you!
I will do everything to prevent you from trading; do whatever else you want.
And how beautifully Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) said to his followers: "Abandoning trade is an act of Satan."

To those foolish individuals who claim that Islam opposes women working, I must ask: have you not heard that Khadijah, the wife of the Prophet of God, was the greatest trader of her time, owning more than 80,000 camels that carried her trade goods?
The Prophet of God was Khadijah’s business partner, and after several years of commercial collaboration, he married her.
If, God forbid, working at such a significant level were shameful for women, would the Prophet of God have married such a woman and loved her so dearly?
To the foolish and incompetent men who say that working ruins women, I must say: O fools! Did not the Lord of the Worlds bring forth Fatimah (peace be upon her), the purest woman in the realm of creation, from a mother like Khadijah (peace be upon her)?
Have you not read or heard about this noble family, that God has decreed to keep any impurity and filth away from them and to make them pure in all matters? Quran, Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 33
The fact that God brought this daughter into the world from such a mother is a decisive refutation of the thoughts and beliefs of those who wish for our mothers, sisters, and daughters in this land to stay away from work, especially in high-level international trade, in the name of religion and purity. This is because, according to all historians, Khadijah held representation in over 100 countries and regions, where her products were sold.
