2. #Public: 13 Topics That Those with Delicate Souls and Poetic Natures Should Not Read.
1. School and University: Not a Place for Business
Take a close look at the curriculum in schools, especially in vocational fields.
No subject called "business" exists.
Even at universities, there is no major dedicated to business.
We only have "commerce," which is disconnected from the real-world business.
We send our smartest students to math and science fields, where at best, they end up as workers or employees.
Meanwhile, the less privileged go into humanities, where there's no trace of real business or economics that could save the country.
And this fact is sufficient for the wise.
Does this really sound like a business-oriented system?
2. Lies in the Name of Religion
A few days ago, a comment was sent to us by someone who is unsuccessful.
We looked into it and followed up.
From my ten years of experience, I’ve realized that the most significant reason for people’s failures is their false and outdated beliefs, which they stubbornly and strangely cling to.
A narration was attributed to the Prophet of God, claiming that if your wealth is little, you will be with the Prophet in paradise.
We investigated this narration to find its source.
We traced this hadith to a book called Musnad Abu Ya'la, and there was no other source for this narration.
We then looked into who this Abu Ya'la was and what his book is about.
Abu Ya'la was a Sunni scholar of the Hanafi school, who lived between 210 and 307 AH.
This means he was born 200 years after the Prophet, and he mentioned this hadith without any supporting chain of narration from earlier sources.
Moreover, this narration is not found in any Shia books, nor in other Sunni texts. How could Abu Ya'la have recorded a hadith from 200 years earlier that none of the scholars before him had mentioned?
That aside.
I find it puzzling how some of these unsuccessful individuals go around claiming that wealth is bad and having little money is a virtue.
If Arad were to make businessmen out of these narrow-minded people, I would personally object.
They should remain in their ignorance and foolishness to serve as a lesson for others.
3. Make Social Media a Place of Honor
We were delighted to read your comment, Ms. Amini.
Everyone says "time is gold," but it’s often just talk.
People speak like swift horses but act like limping donkeys.
When it comes to action, they spend hours aimlessly on social media.
Let us, as Arad members, not be like that.
Let’s turn our social media into a platform for our independent media.
Get in touch with the Media and Culture Commission of the Policy Council, and transform your social media into a source of wealth and a platform to build your business brand.
They will guide you through the entire process from start to finish.
4. Loan or Trap, Stock Market or the Scam of the Century?
Why do people, when their money is wiped out in banks and the stock market, not go around shouting that the stock market is a scam? That banks are fraudulent?
Why do they stay silent and act as if no one has lost money in the stock market?
Sixty million people got stock market codes and suffered losses, yet not a word has been heard.
I beg for deep reflection.
This is how the devil hides such impoverishment.
5. The Money We Lose Without Realizing It.
When the independent media report was published on the website, dear traders acknowledged the kinds of customers they had gained through social media.
here is a lot of money we lose without realizing it.
As Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, loss is not only when you lose the wealth you possess but also when you fail to acquire the wealth you could have gained—that too is a loss.
6. Acting on Words is in Your Own Hands.
Dear Reza, the way you wrote makes it seem like we are the ones who need to act on the words.
We have already done our part.
Now it’s up to you to utilize the resources you’ve received according to your promotion.
Business managers, pay attention: many, like Reza, think the same way.
They sit around, hoping to become traders without making any effort.
Every day, before noon, ask them to give you their empty schedule and make it your responsibility to provide them with a plan.
Many don't even visit the website.
Reach out to them because if you leave them, in a few months they’ll be the unsuccessful ones sitting around, saying, "I followed Arad's advice for a whole year and didn’t succeed," when in reality, they haven’t spent more than 365 minutes on the site in an entire year. They blatantly lie, and people even more gullible than they are believe their words, steering them away from the sacred path of trade.
7. Ahmadi is Back.
You surely remember the honorable Hossein Ahmadi.
Recently, his comments have shifted from 100% complaints to 30% support and 70% sarcasm.
We’ve taken this change as a positive sign and thank him for his presence.
Thank you, Hossein!
8. The Unsuccessful and Their Misguided Beliefs
Nooshin Motaghi is one of those unsuccessful individuals whose comments often sting, consistently offering utterly nonsensical opinions with 100% confidence.
She never admits ignorance by saying, “I didn’t understand this, please explain.”
Instead, she gives such firm opinions that an uninformed person might think she’s an expert.
All unsuccessful people have this mindset.
They have unwavering faith in their misguided beliefs.
They never question themselves, wondering, “I've been stuck with these worthless ideas for years and haven't gotten anywhere.
Maybe it's time to stop holding on to these ridiculous notions
and say ‘Yes’ for once, so I can change.”
They label Arad’s strategic masterpieces, which could transform Iran’s economy, as flawed plans.
You might say, "Well, it's not her fault since she doesn't understand."
To that, we respond, “May God bless your” but when someone doesn’t understand, why do they speak so boldly?
I genuinely feel sorry for those who, by listening to these unsuccessful people, stray from the sweet path of business, ruining the beautiful life they could have built.
God knows I'm not worried about Arad because Arad has seen people like them before and will see more in the future.
I am concerned about the lives of those who will be destroyed by them.
If you cared about people, you would crush such individuals so thoroughly that they would never dare speak again.
These people severely impact the morale of newcomers.
9. Kudos to This Understanding and Insight
In contrast to them, there are also those who are so understanding and wise.
She has not yet reached any profit, but she understands that blessings are not just about money.
Just the fact that she's no longer thinking about being an employee or a laborer, she says, 'Thank God.'
Well done
Bravo
Excellent
Surely, your wisdom is the result of the upbringing you've inherited from your parents.
They have taught you that even the smallest blessings must be appreciated.
This very behavior of yours will lead God to grant you even more blessings.
Rest assured, you will become a successful trader.
The fact that you recognize various blessings and are not like those who are only grateful when they receive money is what will cause you to attain wealth, while they do not.
On our behalf, thank your parents for bringing such a precious being into the world.

10. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about.
Vahid Ramezani is one of the good people of our time.
Business requires courage and bravery, and there is no greater courage than a person being able to confess to their past mistakes in front of a crowd.
Dear Vahid, I do not think your talent has been wasted.
The fact that you have realized that the previous paths were false and that there is no possibility of returning to them should truly make you very happy.
There are many Aradi individuals who enter the business world and then return to their trivial past paths.
The fact that you no longer return to those paths and do not exchange this dignity for that humiliation is very encouraging.

11. The easiest thing to do is to criticize.
You are absolutely right, dear Ali.
Do you know why they are like this?
Because building is hard, and destroying is easy.
They are all lazy and can only destroy; they can't create anything.
Criticizing others is easy, but building a life from poor to wealthy is very hard.
Because it requires changing their beliefs, and as Imam Ali (peace be upon him) said, changing beliefs is harder than moving mountains.
The businesses that invite people to trade and turn them into businessmen are doing a job harder than what Farhad did in breaking the mountain, because Farhad destroyed the mountain, while these people move mountains to build something more beautiful within individuals, and building is always harder than destroying.

12. The beliefs that destroyed us.
That’s exactly what you’re saying.
The important question is, who has created this culture?
The people themselves, or others who have money and power and dominate the people?
We say that the calloused hands (the poor) have caused others to keep their hands calloused as well, which is the result of ignorance that has been passed among the people for years.
But if the soft hands (the wealthy) are shaping a culture that leads people to have calloused hands, then we must realize that a great deception has taken place.

13. Business enterprises and the work that resembles a miracle
And we conclude our discussion with a precious saying from Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him), which was shared with us by the honorable Mrs. Molaei, and we thank her for these invaluable hadiths.
Educating an ignorant person and helping an addict to abandon their habits is like a miracle.
Educating an ignorant person and helping an addict to abandon their habits is like a miracle.
Dear business enterprises,
You are dealing with people.
Every day, potential traders who have seen Arad’s advertisements are in contact with you.
Their main concern is money, but they are ignorant and unaware of the path in which God has placed 90% of wealth, and that path is trade.
And what a strange addiction they have to being employees and workers.
What an indescribable enthusiasm they have for usurious investments.
How addicted they are to stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, gold, silver, and dollars.
We all know it.
Now, it is you who must spend hours talking with these people and stay by their side for months, until you can remove their ignorance and help them break their habits so they can enter the path of trade.
Your work, as Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him) said, is like a miracle.
You are the miracle workers of the current economic era.
It is true that ignorant people call you fraudsters and thieves, but you have a high rank before your Lord.
So, persevere on this path, for God does not waste the reward of the righteous.

Increasing the Membership of Enterprises
An enterprise can increase its members in two ways:
- Promoting trade, especially connecting with applicants for entering Arad Branding
- Reconnecting with Aradi traders who have become less active, where the criterion for being less active is the absence from the site’s news for four consecutive days.
Enterprise managers can message the ID below to obtain contact information for these two groups.
