7. The Reason Behind Arad's Frequent Follow-Ups with Traders
Yesterday, one of Aradi traders left a comment stating:
Greetings and good day
I don’t understand why Arad is so insistent and persistent that people who have paid should come and work. Well, Arad has received its money; now we might decide to work, or we might not.
I’ve paid for courses elsewhere, didn’t end up working, and no one pursued me to come and work.
Response:
The reason is very clear.
In other places, you paid for a course, or invested in stocks or cryptocurrencies, and that money was pure profit going directly to the organization.
In Arad, however, if a trader obtains any promotion, 6-11% goes to the enterprise that introduced the individual.
Out of every four initial applicants, only one responds to the enterprise representative, and of every 100 responders, only three enter commerce. This means, on average, one in 133 applicants enters, equating to approximately 20-something percent of the advertising money needed to bring one person into trade.
With 30% of the money gone, 70% remains.
The money you pay for promotion translates into services provided, not pure profit for Arad.
Approximately 60-80% of the promotion funds are spent on services, and you only need to run a company once to fully understand these figures and costs.
There are also costs for desks, doors, tables, laptops, employee phones, rent, water, electricity, gas, insurance, taxes, and more.
In reality, Arad gains no profit from the promotions paid by traders; rather, this money is purely for handling regular services provided to traders.
Arad’s main profit is from the 10% fees traders pay from their commerce earnings.
If Arad does not follow up with you, you do not become a trader, and without trading, you don’t earn profit to pay that 10%.
In Arad, the promotion funds are fully spent, leaving no direct profit. Instead, Arad's growth relies on the 10% profit share from traders' earnings. Therefore, Arad has the right to follow up, encouraging you to work, earn, and contribute our share as well.
8. Do Not Fear Making Promises.
This content applies to both traders and enterprise owners.
Note that if you do not make promises to your audience, there will be no promotion or motivation for them to engage and collaborate with you.
Look at all businesses around the world.
In both divine and deceptive structures, giving promises is an inseparable component.
God states in His book:
“The Evil one threatens you with poverty and bids you to conduct unseemly. Allah promiseth you His forgiveness and bounties. And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things.” (Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 268)
Thus, both Satan and God make promises.
So understand, you must make promises.
You go to bodybuilding.
They promise you six-pack abs, weight loss, and health.
You go to language classes, and they promise you fluency and mastery.
When you went to school and university, they told you that by acquiring this knowledge over 12 years, followed by 4 more years, you would secure a job and have a bright future, and so on.
Question:
What percentage of those who went to bodybuilding actually got six-pack abs?
Less than 1%.
What percentage of language learners became fluent?
Less than 1%.
What percentage of our students and university graduates found a bright future?
Less than 1%.
Why don’t they lose hope in making promises?
While in Arad, it’s 100%.
You make this promise: you will become a trader, and by becoming a trader, you will become wealthy.
You may think, “What if it doesn’t happen?”
Here’s a question for you to answer carefully.
If they come, listen to the advice, and follow through, what percentage will become traders?
You’ll say 100%, but the point is, they don’t come and don’t listen.
Well, my dear, even if you were a prophet, God says, “O Prophet, you are not a guardian over the people. Just convey the message—if they wish, they will act upon it; if they do not, they won't. You have no obligation beyond this, and you will not be held accountable for their actions.”
Surah Al-An'am, Ayah 107
Surah Az-Zumar, Ayah 41
Surah Ash-Shura, Ayah 6
Surah Ar-Ra'd, Ayah 7
Surah An-Nazi’at, Ayah 45
Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 119
Surah Saba, Ayah 25
And more than a hundred other verses emphasize that Muslims' failure to act or achieve has nothing to do with the Prophet.
The Prophet simply delivers the message and moves on, and it is the people who, if they act upon it, will find success; if they do not, they distance themselves from mercy.
Moreover, we are not even prophets; we are just ordinary people.
People spend years in school, following everything teachers instruct, yet less than one percent achieve true success. Still, teachers are praised extensively and celebrated as guiding lights of society.
Similarly, people go to gyms for years, following every directive of their trainers, but less than one percent achieve six-pack abs. Yet, that one successful individual is held up as an example, almost idolized, with no questions asked.
Out of every 1,000 language students, following teachers’ instructions, fewer than ten achieve fluency; still, the success stories are used as banners for promotion.
In Arad, 100% of those who listen succeed; why can’t you make that promise?
Don’t you think this lack of promising in commerce is influenced by Satan, who doesn’t want you to make promises so that people avoid commerce?
Satan doesn’t mislead you with wine and gambling, knowing you don’t indulge; instead, he tells you not to promise wealth to people, keeping them in poverty.
Satan discourages you from promising wealth through trade—a tradition established by God—using words that appear pious or godly.
He says, “Don’t lie,” yet your promise of wealth in commerce is pure truth.
If someone doesn’t show up, it’s not your fault. It’s your unnecessary fears that stop you from making promises; hence, you can’t bring anyone into commerce.
It’s as if a few unsuccessful cases, whose failure was their own doing, have scared you away from making promises, so you can’t bring anyone into commerce.
If you don’t promise salvation when promoting Islam, no one will become Muslim.
If your argument is, “Many Muslims are not well off,” remember that Islamic promoters don’t consider the status of current Muslims.
A religious scholar says, “Everyone who follows Islamic teachings has prospered, so I guarantee prosperity through Islam.”
Does the promoter ask about the certain percentage of Muslims who are struggling?
He easily tells himself that their misfortune is due to their own actions, for they did not follow the teachings of Islam.
We shouldn’t dilute the promise of prosperity in Islam because of some irresponsible individuals.
But unfortunately, you take a different approach—because of a few unsuccessful individuals, whose lack of success stems from not paying attention to Arad, you downplay and diminish the promise of prosperity with Arad.
You hesitate to firmly promise that through collaboration with Arad, you will become a trader, and as a trader, you will gain abundant wealth, high respect, social status, and more.
Practice making noble promises to attract people to commerce.
Traders should likewise make strong promises about their products to excite customers and suppliers to work with them.
A few customers and suppliers might suffer from their neglect, but this doesn’t reflect poorly on you, the trader.
What matters is what percentage of those who followed your protocol reached profitability?
Those who fully adhere to language school protocols succeed less than 10% of the time.
Those who strictly follow bodybuilding protocols succeed less than 5%.
Those who fully adhere to school and university protocols succeed less than 1%.
Those who follow Arad’s protocols succeed 100%.
This demonstrates the excellence of Arad.
As a trader, calculate for yourself—what percentage of those who follow your protocol actually reach profitability?
Our enterprise owners make a grave mistake by not making promises.
As a trader, if your promise rate is high, definitely make promises.
The critical point is this:
People won’t cooperate with you without a promise.
Let this be the main lesson of this topic.
9. Change in Traders' Exam Time
We have received multiple messages regarding the traders' exam time, as it is late at night. Due to numerous responsibilities in our lives and the limited time available, we either forget or cannot attend.
We are changing the start time of the traders' test to coincide with the enterprise owners' test, which will be at 13:40.
The end time for the traders' test will be at 8 PM, which gives you a total of 6 hours and 20 minutes, instead of the previous 4 hours.
Additionally, our colleagues who report the results will not need to stay awake until midnight.
10. Analysis of Test Statistics and Survey from Yesterday
1,185 Traders in the Traders' Test:
- 20: 44%
- 18: 26%
- 16: 11%
- 14 and below (unsatisfactory): 19%
942 Enterprise owners in the Business Enterprises' Test:
- 20: 36%
- 18: 21%
- 16: 18%
- 14 and below (unsatisfactory): 25%
The traders' survey question was:
Which group do people trust more for advice?
We can see the answers.
Your answers align perfectly with the general public.
We are pleased to see how much your understanding of people has grown.
And analysis:
Those around us who know little about trade and economics.
Teachers, professors, and consultants who don’t understand economics or, if they do, only know how to teach it—having never even sold 2 kilos of onions—are now guiding people.
And the result is exactly what we see.
God, save us.
The business enterprises' survey question was:
Which group of traders is closer to success?
Let’s take a look at the answers.
Exactly, most Aradis answered correctly.
The traders who say "yes."
A fun fact:
The 17% who answered differently are mostly those who score below 10 in the traders' tests.
Our colleagues shared this with me, and it was quite interesting, so I wanted you to know as well.
And now for the absentees as of today:
903 traders, 13 days after the tests started, have not taken the test even once nor left a comment.
More than 4 text messages have been sent to these individuals, and phone calls have been made.
Please let us know if you see or hear from any of them, so we can consider the matter settled.

11. Part Two about ROI
In the previous post, we discussed that ROI stands for Return on Investment, and we explained that investment is both the human lifespan and human capital.
If ROI is positive, it means that the person is investing their resources in a way that increases them, and they will continue their collaboration with that investment path. We mentioned that the reason for the long-term collaboration of traders in Arad is due to its high ROI.
In the first part, we discussed four things to do if you want a high ROI.
In the previous post, we spoke about the first action: saying "yes" to Arad’s plans and instructions.
The second action is loving trade and Arad.
We speak from experience—those who say "yes" with love are much more successful than those who say it reluctantly.
For instance, you are members of four different Telegram channels.
When a post is shared, you see some people quickly react with a heart.
But some people, on the other hand, don't react at all.
If you observe the world's most successful individuals, you'll notice that none of them became successful without a mentor or guide.
They all have two things in common, one of which you might have heard more about.
For instance, Lionel Messi is successful in football.
He is undoubtedly in love with football, separate from the money and fame that come with it.
If you offered Messi ten times more money than he earns from football, would he stop playing? Absolutely not.
Do you love business as much as Messi loves football, or do you only love the money that comes from business?
If Lionel Messi were offered ten times the money he earns from football to quit, he wouldn't accept it.
Now, if you were offered ten times the money you make from trade to give it up, would you?
This love for football is what makes Messi who he is.
If this love exists for business within you, you will surely become a successful trader.
Most of you love money, but don't love business itself. Therefore, you won’t reach the level you deserve in trade.
What’s more important than football for Messi is his respect for his coach.
All of these successful people have mentors.
If you look into it, you'll see just how deeply they admire their coaches.
I once saw a video where he said that his coach once was upset with him, and he couldn’t sleep that night.
The next day, when my coach wanted to train me, I told him, “If you’re still upset with me, I’ll quit football.”
His respect for his coach was even greater than his love for football.
This is true for all successful people.
Look at religion too; it’s the same.
Do you love Islam more, or do you love the prophet who introduced Islam to you?
Do you love prayer more, or Imam Hussein, who gave his life so that prayer would not be lost?
As Imam Reza (peace be upon him) said:
“There is nothing in this world better than goodness except for the good person himself.”
It’s clear that the teacher is more valuable than the knowledge, and the doer is better than the action.
Is Arad more precious to you than business?
We see that many of you, who have accepted trade and love it, don’t have the same love for Arad.
Those who are unsuccessful or achieve minimal success tend to have this order of love:
First, they love money.
Then, they love business.
Finally, they have some affection for Arad.
However, the successful ones and the long-term traders have the following order: First, they love Arad. Then, they love business. Lastly, they love money.
This love has sunk so deeply into their hearts that if, hypothetically, Arad told them to stop business and switch to, for example, starting a factory for a particular product, they would immediately stop their business and switch to producing that product.
Because they love Arad first, and trade second.
If you want to increase ROI in your life, love Arad with all your heart.
This love doesn’t come unless you invest time in understanding Arad.
Just spend two months, watching one lesson from the Business School each day, and attend the nightly senior management meetings. Then you will understand that you can easily give up business itself.
Mr. Vahid himself is truly inspiring.
Mr. Talia himself is truly inspiring.
Mr. Ghorbani himself is truly inspiring.
Mr. Shabani himself is truly inspiring.
As Mr. Ghorbani beautifully mentioned in one of their meetings, “We moved the meeting from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the dedicated ones still showed up.”
If we moved it to 3 am, they would still come.
Senior managers hold business meetings, and Aradis attend.
They go horseback riding, and Aradis still attend.
For them, it doesn’t matter if it’s business or not.
What matters is being in Arad's atmosphere.
I was not fortunate enough to attend Arad’s Muharram ceremonies, but I saw faces that I swear, these people had never attended a Muharram ceremony before Arad. But now, they are here.
For them, it doesn’t matter if it’s a funeral or a wedding.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a time of sadness or joy.
I’ve even heard that a group of Sunni brothers honored us by gathering together one night during Muharram to take on the responsibility of serving the guests.
Apparently, that night, these dear ones requested that no Shia should take on the service of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) that night, and all of the service was entrusted to our Sunni brothers and sisters.
It was so beautifully done that no one even realized these dear ones were from the Sunni community.
Thank you all for being so full of love.
If I continue, I will shed tears.
