The new representatives of Arad Branding this time are from Ethiopia, Indonesia, Ghana and India.
We will watch this 9-minute film together.

Footnote
Take a moment to contemplate what Arad Branding's main goal is.
If the aim were merely money, it would be irrational to engage with someone new to commerce, hoping to turn them into a successful merchant, considering the frustrations it may cause.
It's absurd to endure the frustration of individuals lacking any understanding of commerce, offering baseless opinions about it, and striving to turn them into merchants.
If Arad Branding were solely focused on trading four products, its profits would have been several times more in comparison to what it currently earns from its own businesses and services to merchants.
Additionally, there would be no need for such elaborate structures.
No need for employees, or various units.
Nor would there be troubles.
However, Arad Branding operates with passion and joy, establishing extensive structures, engaging people in commerce and its learning because its goal isn't just money.
It's something beyond money.
Certainly, Arad's friends and longtime companions confirm this, but newcomers accept it less until they experience various events and incidents to arrive at the same understanding.
The primary goal of Arad Branding has never been explicitly stated to us, but we know there are intermediate goals that Arad's managers strive to achieve to reach their ultimate goal.
Now, what that ultimate goal is, only God knows.
The intermediate goals include:
- Increasing trade, both domestically and internationally, and boosting production
- Solving unemployment through increased production
- Increasing the marriage rate in society by providing employment opportunities for young people
- Increasing the birth rate among Iranian youth due to marriage
- Reducing poverty in the Islamic Republic
- Preserving security in Iran by reducing poverty
- Cultural growth alongside economic growth of the people
- Improving public health with the economic growth of the people
- Solving the housing problem through economic solutions
- Enhancing the welfare level of the people through economic solutions
And other similar matters.
Since there is no way to achieve these goals other than through commerce, Arad Branding has devoted itself entirely to commerce.
Now the question arises that why does Arad Branding want people to engage in this endeavor and not simply conduct commerce with its employees alone?
Arad Branding cannot achieve its goals solely through commerce conducted with its employees.
Do you think how many people are in Qom city willing to enter into commerce?
How many people proficient in foreign languages do we have?
On the other hand, commerce inherently embraces independence.
Over the years, many employees who ventured into the commercial negotiation sector, after learning about commerce, claimed excessive wages or left the company to start their own commercial enterprise, which often didn't succeed.
Those who stayed and continued working are truly courageous for their perseverance.
Let's assume we can mobilize 5,000 people in Qom to engage in commerce, but even this number is unattainable because as soon as a certain number is reached, for each new entrant, one person leaves for various reasons and becomes independent, leaving the number at the same constant figure.
Our understanding of the people suggests that once merchant employees reach a number fewer than a thousand, the numbers won't go up because they seek independence.
We cannot achieve our goals alone.
While one can become very wealthy alone, achieving the enumerated goals is not possible alone.
For the salvation of the Shia economy, for the salvation of the Islamic economy, for the salvation of Iran, Arad Branding cannot succeed alone with its employees.
Even if the city of Qom were mobilized uniformly, the significant outcome wouldn't materialize.
For this to happen, all of Iran must rise.
Everyone must either engage in commerce or support the merchants and respect them.
We're not saying everyone should become merchants because the creation needs other professions as well.
However, people must understand that the existence of merchants can improve their lives, so they should support them.
A mother should hold her merchant son dearer than other children because he is taking steps for the dignity of Iran's economy, while others are doing so for their own economic dignity.
A wife should love her merchant husband more than when he was a worker.
A daughter and son should support and accompany their merchant parents.
In developed countries, there's great respect for merchants because they understand that it's their existence that brings prosperity.
To achieve our goals, we must unite Iran.
Arad alone, and even Qom alone, cannot shoulder this burden.
Tehran must join.
Mashhad must join.
Isfahan must join.
Karaj must join.
Tabriz, Urmia and Ardabil must join.
Shiraz, Bandar Abbas and Bushehr must join.
Northerners must mobilize.
Kurds and Lurs, as they have repeatedly shown in Iran's history, must step forward.
Kerman, Sistan, and Yazd must unite.
The brave people of Khuzestan must join.
All provinces, cities, and villages must provide comprehensive support to build Iran.
If we want to accomplish this, it can happen this way.
Otherwise, if Arad only tries to pursue this path with its employees, it might cover at most one-fourth of Qom and slightly improve the factories in the vicinity, which is not Arad's goal and does not satisfy Arad.
For the salvation of the Shia economy, for the salvation of Iran's economy, all Shia and all Iranians must come to the field.
Arad knows the way and is moving forward on it.
Arad expects support from you, honorable ones.
It extends its hand for assistance and asks you to support it courageously.
The weakening of Arad is the weakening of yourselves.
Thank God, Arad's managers have neither amassed wealth for themselves nor filled their accounts, nor have they set aside lands for themselves.
You can inquire from anywhere to ease your mind.
Whatever they earn, they spend to establish a new office in Iran or abroad, hire new employees or grow this system.
This is Arad's hand of kindness reaching out to you.
Do not reject this hand.
If you did not exist.
If there was no hope for the growth of your businesses.
If we did not believe that with your help we could build Iran, we would not endure such hardships.
We persevere in this path because we are certain that a group of you always supports us, and that alone suffices for us.
It will not be long before we bring smiles to the faces of orphans with patience and resilience, and make the prayers of elderly mothers and unemployed fathers a reality in our lives.
And history will inscribe:
The brave men and women of Iran transformed themselves, and God aided them, changing the destiny of their country from poverty to prosperity.
Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.
