A dessert featuring coconut and rose petals
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz.
- Unsalted butter, 2 sticks, room temperature (for the coconut cake)

To the Coconut Cake:
Reduce the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.

Cut a round of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan, butter it again, and then sprinkle it gently with flour.
In a sizable mixing bowl, cream together the butter and coconut sugar until completely combined.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix them in on medium-high speed.
It's mixed with rose water and vanilla extract.
After adding the yogurt, beat on low speed until combined.
The flour, salt, and baking soda should be sifted together and placed in a medium bowl.
Slowly incorporate the ground pistachio into the sugar syrup while stirring.
A spatula can be used to incorporate the coconut and orange zest.
It should be baked for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Separated out for chilling.
Make the frosting by beating together cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a large mixer.
Slowly pour in the rose water and vanilla.
Spread the frosting all over the cake.
Sprinkle the coconut flakes all over the cake.
When decorating the cake, gently press the sugared rose petals onto the surface.
A few extra ala natural petals and pistachio halves were added for garnish.
Rose Pudding Recipe:
- Two cups of whole milk
- Half a teaspoon of gulkand
- 3 tbsp.
- of rosewater
- Use 1 teaspoon of ghee and 1 tablespoon of pistachios.
- Dry rose petals to equal 1 cup, sugar to equal 1/2 cup
- 3 tablespoons of basmati rice
First, you'll want to wash the rice and get the milk hot.
You should clean the rice by washing it several times.
Just let it sit in the water for around 15 minutes.
On the other hand, warm up three cups of milk in a saucepan and then set it aside.
After that, it's time to cook the rice in a stir-fry.
The rice should be put into a skillet with 1 teaspoon of ghee that has already been heated.
The rice is stir-fried in ghee until fragrant over low to medium heat.
Get it away from the heat immediately thereafter.
Milling the rice is the third stage.
Place the basmati rice in a blender and blend until it reaches a powdery consistency.
Please don't dilute the mixture with water.
Milk and rice flour should now be in the same pan.
Fourth, while the rice is cooking, add rose petals and milk.
Cook the rice in the milk for 10–15 minutes, or until it becomes mushy.
Wash the fresh rose petals well under running water before adding them to the milk.
Step 5: Add Rose Water
The resulting kheer is then stirred constantly while a splash of rose water is added.
Simmer the milk and rice mixture for four to five minutes with the rose petals.
Sixth Step: Combine Sugar and Nuts
Sugar should be added to boiling milk.
Once the kheer has thickened to a pudding-like consistency, stir in the chopped pistachios and Gulkand to taste.
7th Stage: Putting It Into Action
Keep stirring as you put out the fire.
Freeze the pudding once it has reached room temperature.
The rose pudding should be served cold.
Rose petal panna cotta
INGREDIENTS
- 2 quarts of heavy cream
- One and a quarter teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- A vanilla bean, split lengthwise 3 tablespoons of dried edible rose petals
- Three large egg whites.
- Pistachios, chopped and toasted (optional)
- Bittersweet chocolate shavings are a possibility.
Directions
After softening the gelatin, combine it with a quarter cup of the cream.
Over medium heat, combine the remaining heavy cream, sugar, split vanilla bean, and two teaspoons of the rose petals in a medium saucepan.
Make sure the sugar dissolves by stirring the mixture occasionally as it simmers.
After the sugar has dissolved in the cream, pour it into a bowl set inside another bowl filled with ice.
The gelatin and cream mixture should fill the bowl.
The vanilla seeds should be removed from the bean and added to the cream.
Stirring it over ice cubes will bring the temperature down to room temperature quickly.

Egg whites should be beaten separately until stiff peaks form.
At that point, combine the egg whites and cream by gently folding them together.
The liquid is poured into individual ramekins while being stirred on a regular basis, and then chilled for 3 hours or overnight to set.
Sprinkle the reserved tablespoon of rose petals, the chopped, toasted pistachios, and the shaved bittersweet chocolate over the tops of the Panna cottas just before serving (if using).
